Pitta Pan Gourmet Kebabs reviews
47Y’all? I’ve ordered on Uber eats and it’s taking its time. Are y’all closed? Coz your phone doesn’t work fam
This place used to be excellent.
We ordered here via Menulog pickup last night and sat out the front in the car waiting for them to confirm my pickup.
Waited a couple of minutes after the expected pickup time before I called them, only to be told they hadn't started making our food yet!
When we got home, our food was awful. The HSP consisted of hard overcooked chips, an abysmal amount of meat and the sauces tasted weird and not like they normally should.
To top it off they forgot my tabouli which I paid extra for.
My wife enjoyed her kebab at least.
Moved to the area about 4 months ago.this little place is just around the corner from us and it is sooo good! The lamb kebab and chips are amazing.been there so many times and the owner and staff are always polite never had any issue, prices are really fair for quality.please support your local businesses and try this one out.
The Ice mango lassi is so bad and tasteless, and when I drink, its taste like a only yellow water, another thing is totally money waste drink
Specifically asked for no onion on my kebeb due to allergy. But got nearly twice as much. Then spoken to very rudely by manager, who can't even train staff to read. Absolute shocking behaviour. N refuse to refund my money. Guess I'm ment to eat it and then god knows?
I can't judge service or atmosphere but thr hsp here was alright. I did have it delivered though so keep in mind.
Made me terribly sick.i had to miss out on an 8 hr shift at work because i was at home vomiting and also had diarrhea
Just ordered HSP Wrap I saw on the board is$14.5 included surcharge but after I went home I saw they took$16.5. What that’s means?
For a whole $16 I waited 25minutes plus for the most average over cooked piece of “schnitzel” and chips. The schnitzel is over cooked, flavourless and tiny considering the name of the meal is a “schnitzel box” the chips add no value to the price with no seasoning and sogginess. Don’t bother wasting your time or money here there are better options along Springvale road.
Chips are very soggy and very little meat quantity for a large hsp, not a good value, not recommended.
Very little meat, more fries, and the fries so soggy. 1st and last buy at this store. Worst hsp
Shop is clean with friendly staff. Ordered a large mixed HSP for $18 to share for 2. The, chips were crispy and well seasoned, meat tender and juicy and plenty of sauce. Has a bit of an Asian spin being in Springvale, so you can get an HSP with noodles if that's your thing. Overall, happy with my experience and would definitely go back again.p. S was open Good Friday unlike every other kebab shop in the area.
Worst kebab I ever had, super expensive plus the Milktea foam jasmine was like the worst milk I ever had in my entire life. Seriously how can you serve a drink that you couldn't even want to drink it. It's not even foam or you can't even say it's milk tea. I wish I did take take photo first but yeah the way look it I know it's really bad then when I taste it I was like 100%taste really really bad and I just throw in the bin right away. Plus your Tabouli was so expensive but has No sauce? Seriously why it's so dry why is just parsley and spring onion? Can you even call that Tabouli?
Worst place to buy anything, very greedy people
Over charging people for no reason, meat was old and was very less portion, would not Recommend to anyone. People if you ready this save your money and hunger for a different place
I was a bit iffy about ordering a HSP because I've tried a few places around the area and they've all been disappointing.
Luckily I didn't have the same issue with this place.
I ordered a regular chicken HSP and it was 10/10. Plenty of meat, well sauced, chips were nice and hot and had that nice soggyness from the meat. Mixed with the melted cheese they were perfect for a HSP. Good portion size too and the perfect meat to chips ratio.
I deducted 1 star because I also ordered a Deluxe Thick Shake but it was just milk mixed with chocolate milkshake topping mixed in, topped with whipped cream. That was a definite waste of $6.50 so I highly recommend you don't purchase it. Also the cup and serving was very small. Maybe about 250ml. Would've cost maybe $0.25 cents to make.
Overall this will now be my go-to spot for a top HSP.
60 minutes has passed and still waiting for my order. SLOWEST service! Tried calling and can't even get through. Massive inconvenience, don't know how long it takes to make 1 kebab and a hsp ️
The boy who made kebabs did not wear mask. When I came in the store, He caught up with other young boys outside
and had Electronic Cigarette. I was wonder whether he washed hands before making my meal?
Ordered food from uber eats on sunday night. First of all, the order arrived after 1.5 hours.
Secondly, I ordered noodles with HSP and there were no noodles. I also ordered a chicken kebab and they sent lamb kebab.
They mentioned on the cover of kebab (was not clearly noticeable) that chicken is not available so they’re giving lamb kebab which was horrible in taste as well.
This was such a sh$&ty service because you could have informed me about the unavailability of chicken by calling me or through uber app. I cannot consume lamb because of health reasons. I ate that which was horrible in taste because it was very very dry and when i threw that cover in dustbin, I saw your message about lamb kebab. It’s Tuesday and I’m still not feeling well.
Meat: middling to average. Chips: VERY good. Service: slow. Prices: a bit too high. They also insist on "cash only" under $30 and try to blame the bank
Super tasty and juicy meats. Their kebabs are super filling, made even more awesome when the outside of the wrap is a little crispy and toasted. The hsp is great, the chips are always super crispy and the meat to sauce to chip ratio is perfect. Highly recommend!
