Amazing customer service from the initial phone call about an issue with one of my machines, very helpful over the phone, and even better when i took my machine in to get repaired. Can not rate them high enough.

$190 to fix starting problem on 3year old high quality mower. Only started 3 more times now no start again. I don't think they really know what they are doing.

Mark and his father know mowing equipment and small motors back to front. There turnaround on service is exceptional, and they will let you know when they can’t straight away. They also have a lot of contacts, so if they can’t help you directly, they’ll suggest.

These guys are brilliant. Just the other week I took my blower in for a quick repair. In and out under 10 mins. They were that good I just dropped off a mower for a carby repair. Pricing is good, alot of knowledge and old fashioned service.

A bolt in my 4 stroke grass edger had broken inside the motor's camshaft and ended damaging the piston. They had done a great job repairing and servicing it. Knowledgeable blokes that know their job well.

Today my new 13 HP mower refused to start.weighing in at 100kl it would have been extremely difficult to take the mower to pitstop to fix the problem. Mark the magnificent mechanic talked me through all the possibilities to the problem, from electrical to fuel.after 1/2 hour on the phone, he was cool as, problem was solved, and I'm now much better educated on why mowers don't start. These guys are old school. They know their stuff and dont mess you around. Their prices are very competitive and they are always willing to take some time to give you advice, go the extra mile. If it can be fixed and is worth being fixed they will sort it out.

Went in for a new bolt for the throttle on my lawn mower, gentleman there handed me one within seconds and refused to take any money in return Need more places like this

No need to book to get your mower repaired here. The staff were able to repair the throttle for my mower even though it was not a common make. Price was very reasonable for the work done.

Best in the industry, would not trust anyone else. These guys are true blue, and helpful above and beyond in every way.

Pitstop Mowers are awesome. The most helpful people and never rip you off even though they probanly could (let's face it, what would anyone know about lawnmowers?). I have been coming here for about 8 years. I went in to buy a new handle for the starter pull on my lawnmower that was broken. They had a second hand one laying around. He put it on right then and there and didn't charge me a cent. Always helpful, good advice and look after their customers. I never question the bill because they do a bang up job. I would never take my lawn mower, whipper snipper or blower anywhere else for repairs. I wish car mechanics were this honest!

I have used their services a couple of times and found them to be very reliable and cheap also. Anytime I go there with the most minor problem they will do the job on the spot with a smile and great service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Just popped in to see if PITSTOP MOWERS could breathe new life into my blower/vac after being told by another shop to throw it away, and 20 mins and $10 later it was running like new! Obviously very experienced shop owner, I highly recommend.
