This is not the first time I’ve come in when it hasn’t been busy and had to wait over half n hour for my food, when can clearly see they aren’t making an effort at all to make it instead they keep taking customer orders n keep everyone waiting. Also seems very racists Except if you are a Greek then you’ll get special treatment aka served your food first and spoken to politely. Other than that not once have a received a polite welcoming to hey how are you or thankyou when I leave just rude abnoxious looks.

Tried to place a takeaway order. Lady on the phone didn't seem to know any of the items that were on the menus posted here. Said I would call back after I checked to make sure I was correct. I called back and she asked to put me on hold and then didn't come back to the phone after 10 minutes. Ended up going elsewhere.

Went in to order two souvlaka I specifically asked for fresh cut of the spit! Went to eat them found cold meat was not cut fresh the meat was so stringy and hard
And from the bain-marie! Not only it was expensive! Boss drinking ouzo shots! Disgusting
Not going back there again! Money hungry liars!

Got uber eats this had to be the worst souva I've eaten meat was horrible chewy like tow days old meat

Pita Wrap It left me utterly disappointed. The Greek food they served was a far cry from what I expected. The pita was cold and tough, making each bite a struggle. But what truly baffled me was the complete absence of flavor. It's as if they forgot to season their dishes altogether. I had hoped for a delicious Greek meal, but what I got was a culinary letdown. Save your taste buds and your money, and look elsewhere for authentic Greek cuisine.

This is my favourite Souvlaki place as the owner is Greek when you get a Souvlaki they already have chips in it and omg chips with your Souvlaki is the best!

For the love of God go easy on the salt! I've been here twice and it's always so salty that it feels like I'm eating a plate of salt. Use herbs and other seasonings on the meat.

Music way too loud, souvlaki had more chips than meat, value for money, no, cross the street and you will find at least half a dozen restaurants that are better quality and value for money.

Delicious kebab, yummy chips, decadent cakes, great coffee all served with greek music in the background. Real Greek feel and clean restaurant.

Phenomenal. Amazing food in a bustling and lovely atmosphere. Generous portions and great prices.

There are two pita wrap it restaurants opposite to each other. This review is for the smaller one.

We have been to the bigger restaurant many times. This time we decided to go to the smaller one and try it out. We are told both are the same. We were a group of 4 people. We ordered our pita wraps and sat on the table. The food was good, we also appreciated it and told the waiter that it is good.

Then my friend and me thought of ordering one more and split it between us because we were only a tad bit hungry.

When we were given our falafal wrap, there were no fries inside it. We politely told them that there are no fries inside it, and if they can give us a few on the side, instead of making a new one.
To our surprise, they got angry on our request and mumbled something in their language.

They gave us the fries anyway. We requested politely again that can you give us some extra Salt on the fries.
To which they started yelling in their language and then the lady told us "Do you want everything for free? "

We just bought and paid for 5 wraps and just politely asked for extra "salt" on our fries, is that too much to ask for?

We felt disrespected.
I have always had a good experience at the bigger pita wrap it, but this smaller one had very bad service.
There was no reason to be so rude and disrespectful. We have always been polite and respectful to them.

No food tastes good if you don't serve it with love and respect. Your bad service made the food taste bad.

I gave 2 stars just because the other branch is relatively better. Not going to the smaller one again.

If i could rate it more than 5 stars, i would.
Top notch friendly service. Amazing dining experience today. Booking is a must, but the manager was able to squeeze us in before the evening rush. I have been craving for Mediterranean food and it didnt disappoint. We got the specials and was so happy we got kokoretsi! The place is so vibrant, homey, servings were humungous for our healthy appetite. The salad with feta, mains and chips are more than enough for our bellies.
It is one of the best dining experience we had, and Im looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for a wonderful Greek experience!

Serves a decent coffee for a souvo joint. I had the chicken lamb.decent size and more than enough meat. The lamb was awesome. Not dry and had done crispy bits!

Friendly Staff serving amazing food. Had a great night out there. Would definitely go there again next time I'm in town.

The meat in the souvlaki is like 50% gristle, super oily, tough and over cooked, it's not that good at all tbh, don't know what happened because they used to be epic

We heard so many good things from family about the venue and food. We were there Saturday but unfortunately we were disappointed. Same meals on our table were not consistent and I guess when we order gyros, we expect to eat meat not fat and gristle. I could count the chips.possibly.a hand full and the one next to me had half a plate of chips and double the meat (edible). Salad was limp and not appetizing. For us to return, things would have to change considerably.one thing that was great, was the falafel souvlaki.thank you for that.grateful vegetarian.

Simply put the best souvlaki in Melbourne. All meat cooked in coal and the taste is unfakable.

The real deal and huge generous portions. I'll be coming here weekly from now on.

We've just ordered on uber eats. We order from here often but today takes the cake. We've had our food delivered and the meat is BURNT all you can taste is charcoal. We've called to try and rectify this nicely and been hung up on 3 times before we can even say the issue with our meal. Not good enough. We understand you're busy but this isn't how to treat regular customers. If you're busy put us on hold don't hang up.

Great food, price good, But service bad. If you come to a restaurant first thing they ask is would you like to order a drink. But not their you need to beg to get a drink.

Worst service I’ve ever received in a restaurant! We went for my mother’s birthday was a group of 12 of us. From when we were all seated totally ignored for 20 minute I had to waive at the waitress to get menus and water. We tried to order drinks 3 times and were told ok I’ll come back. My father went to the counter to ask if we can order drinks a very rude man came to our table and told us you are the only table with an issue and I’m not a waiter I just cook. Totally disrespected my whole family and especially on my mother’s birthday. Will never go back to place ever again. Staff ignore you, are rude and don’t even bring things you ask for. Not sure how this place even survives with that customer service!
