I recently had the pleasure of hiring Pipe Hunter for a blockage issue in my home, and I must say, their professionalism and honesty exceeded my expectations. Their expertise, coupled with their integrity, made for a truly exceptional experience.

When I initially contacted Pipe Hunter, I was already frustrated from a previous experience with a different plumber who had quoted me for unnecessary additional work. However, George and Dave restored my faith in plumbers with their meticulous approach and transparent communication.

From the moment Dave arrived at my doorstep, their friendly and courteous demeanor put me at ease. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the blockage issue. What impressed me most was their honest evaluation of the problem. Instead of blindly agreeing with the previous plumber's assessment, they went the extra mile to conduct a comprehensive inspection.

Dave carefully explained their findings in a way that was easy for me to understand. They also contacted my partner for me to repeat their findings to him so I did not have to try to re-explain this. Didn't even let me tell what I was gonna say. Didn't even offered me to hold my thoughts for 2,3,4,5 min (?) Just diregarded me like I am nothing.

This is the second time George has helped us out, this time with the toilet & bathroom drains blocking up. He fitted us in on the same day, asks questions, works fast, is polite and gets the job done with minimal fuss. Very worthwhile!

Highly recommended. Liam arrive on time (actually early). Was polite, efficient and helpful. With CCTV, quickly located the problem and completely checked pipe out to boundary trap. A comprehensive description of the issue and USB copy of the CCTV pictures. They know what they are doing!

Other companies told us we had to rip up our garage floor up and then on a separate occasion, our pool tiles had to come up, as they could not fix the blockages. Pipe Hunter fixed both blockages without any excavation.

Just when I thought that old fashioned service was dead I encounter a Compnay that knows it’s not!
From the moment I spoke to George on the phone to James finishing the job they were amazing. Thoughtful, helpful and prompt. Also very reasonable. If you have a drain issue in the future do not hesitate to call these guys!

I used Pipe Hunter to clear out a number of sewer and storm water pits and drains at a school and they were excellent.
We had 5 sewer drains that needed clearing from tree roots and 1 storm water drain that was completely blocked with leaves and dirt.
They jetted up and back each of the sewer drains and then put the camera in to check the drains.
They jetted a storm water drain which was completely blocked and kept over flowing every time it rained, it took them a while to clear but they got it cleared.
I am very satisfied with the service they provided, their truck operator Dean was excellent, they had all the right equipment on board.
I highly recommend Pipe Hunter for any of your drainage issues.
