Pinot & Picasso Geelong

I had the best time! Highly recommend coming here. So much fun to attend with friends for a night out! Loved having a go at painting (I haven’t painted since school). Easy to follow steps and it’s so fun to see the finished product. Can’t wait to come back:)

This is great fun as a group or just by yourself. I have been a few times and I wasn’t very confident with my painting at first but then my artistic flow must have kicked in and my painting turned out quite well.

I have done a couple of these style classes before at other venues and it is always an enjoyable experience. Venue set up was a seated class, it had glassware and a fridge for BYO drinks, apron, palate of paints ready with options for different colours. Instructor was good, a clear demo and helpful. Overall a very good night.

I’ve never really painted freehand before and thought I was about to have a good ol laugh attempting ms flamingo. However, Layelle guided our class with so much ease and clear instructions that I honestly surprised myself! Not only did I have the best time ever with Layelle’s A grade humour and overall good vibes but I have a cute little painting to take home!

Such an awesome session with these wonderful ladies, the instructions were great and it was so lovely to see how different everyone’s turned out. Keen to do it again!

Concept is great, I did have fun with my wife but it all seemed rushed as the teacher was more keen on finishing up that evening as she had somewhere to go. Directions were not as helpful or described as many wished, she seemed more interested in finishing her painting rather than helping others. Not much of a vibe or fun atmosphere was created. Toilet door does not lock, needs to be fixed.
I think If the teacher more more engaged and created more of a fun atmosphere, better lighting and playlist to match the vibe and wanted to stay not to leave early (we finished at 9: 15 and she said you have 45mins to do finishing touches and have to be out by 10) it would bring back couples. Seating arrangements should also be recommended to couples (if you are going to go sit next to each other not opposite) for a better customer experience.

Have organised 2 private functions now at P&P Geelong and we could not fault them, everyone had an absolute ball, The staff are friendly and super fun, look forward to our next session

Be wary of the fine print. They charge a $25 dollar cancellation fee regardless of how much notice you give. I tried to book a few people in for a hens but unfortunately you can't do a group booking for under 12 people. Tried to book them online but they sold out with only a few people being booked in, we notified the business the next day (it was late and they were not open when we booked) to explain the situation and they refunded us but charged a $25 cancellation fee per transaction even though we held the booking for less than 24 hours and the booking was over 2 weeks away. Had we of held the booking longer and cancelled the week before I would understand the fee, this just seems ridiculous.

A fantastic fun day out with the girls to celebrate my birthday. Monique is a great facilitator making us all feel so welcome and giving us all the confidence to paint. With her guidance and patience we all surprised ourselves and created some wonderful paintings.
Highly recommend this experience for an enjoyable day out with friends.
We will be back again.
