Called to book BCG vaccination appointment. I was given an appointment however on the day i was told it will be a skin test only today and the BCG will be given after 3 days. This should be advised at the time of booking an appointment. And the doctor just wanted to sell another vaccination that they provide privately. It was such a sales pitch From Dr Nakedi keetse.
On the day of BCG, as Dr Keetse was giving the injection he was like your son has Eczema. Like my poor baby is crying and distressed and instead of hurry up and finish the vaccination you are telling me he has eczema. Yes i know that but you need to focus and give injection and then talk about anything else.
Overall experience was bad and doctor is so unclear in his communication. All he wanted us was to sell another vaccination.
The 2 stars i have given is only coz of a good receptionist. Not sure about her name but a white young lady who was really nice.

Cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before because ‘the system is slow’. Didn’t seem like Dr Nakedi Keetse could be bothered. Totally unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.

Very bad experience in this clinic. Waiting for 1.5 hr for flu vaccine appointment and still waiting and finally I left. The clinic systems is not organised at all. Very bad management. Not many doctors and nurses are working.

Dr Thein is amazing, she treats me and my partner and we have been very happy with her level of care. LGBT+ friendly:)

Dr. Ketse seems to have a habit of rocking up very late to work. I think this clinic should adjust their booking system (factor in late arrival) to ensure patients are not kept waiting unnecessarily. Doctor's track record of tardiness seems to be deemed acceptable by the standards of this clinic which is shameful really. I wonder if the same standard applies to their front desk staff There are a couple of great doctors with great work ethics in this practice however they do not accept new patients

Firstly, Dr Nakedi Keetse is a highly regarded family GP who is patient, attentive and thoroughly performs assessments 5 Stars!
ll the staff here have always set a very high standard of care. It is heartwarming that professionalism is matched with dignity and respect. I've never had to wait for very long as doctor Keetse is always on time and I'm always met with a smile. Thank you for all you do.

Have had good experiences with both clinical and administration staff. They are good with my son and are usually running to time.

However, they require a PCR test for an appointment if you have cold or flu symptoms. This is despite the Vic Gov recommending the use of RATs. It’s a ridiculous criteria and can make it difficult for people to access care, especially young kids who get fever with everything. PCR tests are more difficult to access these days and test results can still take days. It’s not 2020, Pinnacle need to get with the times and change this.

Care factor of absolute zero. My wife went there and was told she should attend casualty at Sunhine hospital. Good advice, we did so. Nearly 3 months later the GP has never followed up with a phone call or email. Result was 6 nights in hospital and a diagnosis of MS. Care factor of zero. Only urgency was to push you out the door ASAP and get the next Medicare payment through. Mind boggling from a supposedly family medical practice. The lack of care and support still haunts me. Go somewhere else if you want care and support. Never again.

Dr Keetse misdiagnosed and shows no empathy when conveying his misdiagnosed disease to you. Also, only tells you on your face bluntly that I will not see you next time if you don’t become their regular clients. Very disappointed.

Firstly, Dr Yin Min Thein is a highly regarded family GP who is patient, attentive and thoroughly performs assessments 5 Stars!

However the downfall is the reception staff who have significantly changed over the last few years. Without the two young lovely ladies, the place is falling apart. There is no longer this warm feeling you receive from reception. I miss when walking in the old staff always recognised the regular patients and the interactions were lovely to see. Unfortunately the receptionist now do not bother with such courtesy to get to know the patients. You are treated as a mere number and not a person.

Whilst I understand medical centre have been struggling with this pandemic, as an ED nurse myself, you cannot blame having a busy and bad day onto the next patient who comes in. You cannot be rude and abrupt when talking to patients who have limited English. You have to act professional regardless and that's what I and countless other health professionals have to do.

The doctors and nurse at this clinic really deserve a better reception team.

Very unhappy with how the receptionists handled a booking I made for my husband to see Dr Reid. Appointment was booked by phone and I was told my husband will be able to see Dr Reid as he is an existing patient and consulted with him back in 2017. I also confirmed the booking the day before over the phone to see the same doctor. However, on the day of the appointment the receptionist told my husband that Dr Reid is not accepting any new patients and he is considered as new because he last saw him in 2017. They told him to see another doctor and argued badly with my husband. Level of service was so poor that we will decide to go to another bulk billed practice! I would give zero star if I could!

Always make a booking avg wait time is usually 40 mins plus. Now they want you to pay in advance and if the dr is running an hour late which isn’t uncommon it’s non-refundable so if you can’t wait then it’s just too bad. Absolutely disgusting!

The wait time here is ridiculous. You book your appointment for a set time yet you end up waiting for an hour? What is the point of booking an appointment time then?

Booked an appointment for 1050, got seen by doctor at 1210. No customer service at all. They knew about backlog and didnt even bother mentioning about wait times. 5 admin staff behind admin desk and they are least bothered to entertain people standing. Extremely mismanaged place. Wont go here again and wouldn't recommend either.

Worst place to come for any kind of appointment.
Useless, careless, unprofessional and add any other similar adjective’s you feel like. Thank god this is just a clinic and not a emergency. Avoid if you can.

I have two relatives that regularly attend this clinic. Despite weekly/monthly consultations BOTH relatives have encountered preventable but overlooked, life threatening conditions, resulting in separate Emergency department admissions and extended hospital stays. Avoid at all costs.

I have been going to this medical center for past 7 years. I would say all the doctors along from my own GP are good. However the booking system is trash. I have always, and no exception and no exaggeration, waited an average of 40mins from the time of my scheduled appointment. I am nor sure whose fault it is. Is it that the reception does a standard bookings by applying a lead time, time taken for each doctor in seeing a patient or the doctors need effective time management. If a patient gets late for an appointment the fault is with the patient no doubt right? It's a one way policy. I am seriously thinking of changing the practice. Also no one there is apologetic for delays. You are at their mercy.
