Pinewood Dry Cleaners

They ripped two of my shirts when I gave it for dry cleaning in two different occasions, they didn’t accept the fault and blamed me on both occasions! My shirts cost over $150 each, I wouldn’t recommend them.

My winter coat cannot be machine cleaned and dry cleaned, the owner helped me with hand cleaning and it was fantastic! When I collect it, it’s as clean as new! So surprised!

Ripped a section of my dress. I had only worn the dress once so there is no way i could’ve done this to the dress. Never again

I have always found their customer service and cleaning results excellent, often going well beyond what I have experienced at other cleaners, so yes I can highly recommend them. Very well priced also.

The best dry cleaners I have used. Fair prices and always do a good job. Very honest and hard working owners.

Had a baptism gown dry cleaned. It had brown aging stains on it from being stored in a wardrobe for 30 years. I wasn't sure it would be able to be cleaned but 2 days later I received it back, pure white as if it was new. And all for a very good price. Wonderful customer service.highly recommend this dry cleaners!

I have been using this dry cleaner for years and they looked after me well until recently they completely ruined a pair of my trousers and denied they damaged it and said I gave them the faulty one to wash. That's unreasonable, the damages were found in the front and were too apparent to miss at any time and they failed to notify me either:
1.on the day they received the trousers or
2.before they started cleaning it (I have a few other garments to be washed, they should have had plenty of time to hold this particular one until further notice) or
3.on the day I went to take it back.

As above, I'm not going back to this dry cleaner anytime soon unless they improve the garments handling/storage/cleaning processes to prevent this type of issue again.

I am interested to know whether anyone else had a similar issue with this dry cleaner recently. Please feel free to share here.

I have been coming to this Dry Cleaner for a year now. Their bright and cheery disposition makes every transaction a pleasure.
That, and they always have a lolly for my daughter so she’ll volunteer to come with me.

I don't normally like writing bad reviews but I have had two poor experiences at this dry cleaner. Once they ruined a red jacket and their solution was to not refund the money but replace it with a different red jacket they had in store. The second time, they told me they may not be able to get a stain out of a dress and they couldn't but I paid another dry cleaner to do it and it came out straight away. Would not recommend.

These guys are quite amazing.
They have just sucessfully cleaned an 'impossible' stain out of my bosses suit jacket.
They had put it through their process 3 times and the stain wouldn't come out.
I asked them to please keep trying as the jacket was not wearable as it was and that I understood that continuing to go over the same spot may damage the garment.
They kept it for an extra day and continued to work the stain and to my great delight they have cleaned it perfectly.
10 outta 10 for effort and customer service, they didn't take any extra money for their extra effort.
