Love this place so much. The home decor pieces are so elegant, unique, classy and in a great quality. Some pieces are bit expensive so I always keep my eyes on discounts and clearance offers which are bargains all the time.
I especially need to mention this, the staff in this store is soooo friendly, very professional and helpful. They are the most professional store staff I have come across in Cranbourne, great job everyone.photo: The candle stands and candles are from them.

Nancy was absolutely amazing. We had some last minute birthday shopping for my wife and I had 3 tied young kids with me. Nancy was amazing in helping us choose perfect presents for their mum to match our decor and home styling, all while keeping the kids entertained and engaged. I can’t thank all the staff and Nancy at Pillow Talk Cranbourne for their amazing help and support. Thank you team.

The manager crystal gave me an incredibly rude experience after travelling over an hour to their store to collect items they did not have in stock. I was told over the phone I can get a discount for floor items but when I got there Crystal kept talking over me, was very rude as if it was my fault their staff messed up and had an overall bad attitude so much so I'm going to escalate this customer experience complaint. She told me she 'overheard' the phone call but why didn't she tell her staff that the item cannot be discounted and that there's none left in the warehouse and waste my time and money? I don't recommend.

I never leave feed back on these things, however after the exceptional customer service received from Nancy @ Cranbourne, she definitely deserves recognition. On my visit on Thursday, I left with a cushion, very unsure, if it was the exact colour needed. Nancy suggested I return with all the pillowcases etc.of what I had so we could build on these (saving me money). She made up different styles and I walked away with my 3 bedrooms finally finished. Thanks Nancy, your expertise & friendly personality made my 2 visits a great experience…… a very happy customer here

Good products but staff Nancy was stereotyping us and didn't let us make our own decision, she kept on shooing us off to Kmart. Wouldn't even let us browse the place.

We went in the today to give our bed a makeover and the lady that served us was so helpful and kind. What a beautiful shop.

I had such a great experience shopping in store. Nancy helped me to find the perfect items for my bedroom. Quilt cover, throw rug, cushions and a fitted sheet. She was so fun and knowledgeable. Pillow Talk has beautiful homewares and with their friendly returns policy, I was able to spend more with confidence knowing that if something didn't quite suit I could bring it back within 14 days. This made decorating a breeze!

I always loved pillow talk but the customer service at this store is beyond expectations. All the staff members are very helpful specially Ash. I had the best experience today at Pillow Talk Cranbourne thanks to a lovely helpful lady called Nancy. I had a long list of items I needed and she helped me every step of the way. Helped me with colour choices, sizes everything. No hard sell just helpfulness. I live in Box Hill but will travel the distance for genuine good service. Thank you Nancy.

Visited the store on Saturday. Had the best service Nancy was great took her time to help us select what we need and also advice us on the best from quality to price as she gave us the best discount will definitely be go back there. Great service and a good time indeed.
