If i could give no stars i would! Didnt have a good experience here. Been shopping here for a long time and for loyal customers especially during this time NO customer service! Promised one thing when shopping online and delivered nothing when my online purchase was no good. Dont have a.problem taking your money!

I can’t recommend this store enough I have been shopping here for 10 years. This is my go to store for every occasion. The girls always find me the most gorgeous outfits and know what I like and go above and beyond every time. I always walk out feeling a million bucks. The thing I love the most is how honest Mary is, if I put something on and I’m not sure she tells me no not you wait let me find you something else. I also love the variety they stock you have you big name labels and your local designers and regular bargains.

I just want to say a big thank you to piink and your beautiful staff members. The other week I forgot To click post on my online order so one of your staff members kindly dropped it off at my door as she lived close to me.
They went above and beyond! The shop is beautiful and I love my dress x

Mary (owner) is so helpful to assist with an outfit to suit each individual and goes the extra mile to get the size for u if not available at the time. The store also has a beautiful selection of accessories to compliment your outfit.its the one stop shop for an outfit.

My latest outfit purchase (11 May) had everyone's tongue wagging at the event i attended. The velour dress was a class of its own and can't wait to wear it again The secret is out.

Traveling 30-40mins is always so worth the drive, even if after walking out each time it puts a healthy dint to my credit card!

Great customer service, my dress needed a little tightening, the owner offered me %10 off the price of the dress to pay the dress maker.

Terrible customer service at this store. After emailing about a possible exchange for a dress that wasn’t right, I said I would come in on Monday to exchange (that email was sent 4 days prior to the Monday). I received no confirmation from anyone so I emailed again two days after the Monday. I got a response back saying the exchange was only for Monday which was never actually articulated to me. Communication is absolutely paramount. I won’t shop here again.

I absolutely love the girls at this store! The customer service is amazing and I always walk out feeling happy with some new dresses! Its my go to place for a wedding or an event! Sarah and Mary are beyond awesome making sure that all customers needs are met! I can't wait for a wedding so I can drop by to visit this amazing store again!

I am beyond applaud with the customer service. After, calling the shop back as suggested in their previous note to sort an agreement the owner (MARY) decides to abuse me over the phone for leaving a unreasonable comment. The outcome of the conversation has not been resolved. Will never set foot in there again. As l mentioned to you numerous times - My grandfather passed away - Hence the reason not being able to return the dress in a timely manner. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A STRONG POINT.

I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have received from this store.
I had recently brought a lovely dress for a special occasion that I was unable to attend due to a passing of a family member.
I contact the store and was given the OK from the employee (after speaking to the Owner) to exchange the dress for another for a jacket which priced more was happy to pay the difference. The next day the owner called me to say that she had changed her mind and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy the jacket separately.

I expressed that l didn't want my money back & happy to spend MORE in the store.

Thank you for honouring my credit note which had expired last month. Not many other businesses would do that.

I ordered Two outfits, when I tried them on they did not fit me correctly, so I needed to change them to a new size or different outfit. I had no interest in getting my money back as I really love this shop but they would not help me in anyway.

Now I have spent over $400 on outfits I can not wear.

Piink has a great collection of street wear and formal wear. Wanted to walk out the door with everything as it was difficult to pick! The staff are friendly and very helpful without being overbearing. A wonderful fashion experience!
