We came about 30mins to closing time and they were so good. Food was tasty and would definitely recommend,

Really want to give it a 5, but the food is just a bit too sweet! Also no dine in options.

Nice flavoured food. Just get rid of the brioche rolls & buns. There letting you down.

Amazing food, just wish they actually showed how much of a surcharge they charge you at the register as a courtesy, especially under Consumer Law's.

Poor customer service. We ordered a vegan crispy chicken burger to be delivered and received the incorrect order. When we called the restaurant to advise this, they were defensive and asked us how we knew it wasn’t the vegan crispy chicken burger that we’ve received. We’ve previously ordered from them, so we know what it looks like. We’ve received no apologies for the mistake and have been offered a replacement burger but we would need to go and pick up which would defeat the purpose of why we’ve paid for it to be delivered. Really disappointed with the customer service

Today I visited here
ordered 2 cheese burgers with chips
Chips are all good. But patty was dry.
It seemed using frozen patty. Not 100 beef patty. Same quilty with maccas.

Wont visit here again

Had the southern chicken burger, absolutely jam packed full of flavour. Chicken was juicy, bun was toasted perfectly, onion rings were amazing. Great value for money. Recommend you give it a go. Customer service was great, they even bought the food out to my car when it was ready.

Absolute waste of money. Ordered vegan chicken burger and fries. Looked like it was stored in fridge overnight and reheated - shrivelled bun, dry coleslaw, small hard dry chicken patty and a handful of dry overcooked chips. You could get a better burger from McD or HJ for half the price.
If you're looking for a burger or hotdog, try somewhere else. Anywhere else.

The staff were amazing, the food was exceptional, great value for money. Definitely go again and recommend that you try it. Philly cheesesteak was amazing.

Had a burger from here maybe 8 months ago and was great. Tried again tonight bun etc was good but as someone else posted meat pattie is not beef mainly something else.

Disappointing. The burger meat leaves a lot to be desired. Chips and onion rings must have been cooked earlier in the day and kept under a heater.

Super tasty and filling food. I was also pleasantly surprised with the serving size of a small fries. Great and friendly customer service to top it off

When it’s good, it’s great - unfortunately my last three visits have had 2 undercooked meat patties. I’m not one to shy away from blue steak - but for Pattie’s this wasn’t great, and twice I’ve received burgers with little or no sauce…which is kinda the point when you’re having a Smokey flavour burger.

Mostly just giving feedback in the hopes it might help get them back to being great…

Philly cheesesteak was nice, steak was good bit more cheese sauce would have been nice, It needs to be smothered. And more steak, the steak to bread ratio was way off, so in saying that I would also have to agree that it a little over priced. Otherwise the service was good and food was fresh.

Bit annoyed that you have to get it with chips and drink. It's also not really a cheese steak. The sauce is ok but the meat is cut into far too large of chunks - it's more like a steak sandwich in a hotdog bun than a true cheese steak, and the meat tastes and is cut like Coles stir fry strips. The meat to bread ratio is then a little off. It either needs more meat or less bun. Probably wouldn't get it again and might try the hot dog next time.

Came in to grab dinner for the family, It’s a place you must try, great food and especially awesome service and staff. I would like to make a special request to Alannah working in the front counter, she is such a kind person.

I tried this place not long after it opened and was extremely disappointed. Very long wait for a small order. I had the cheeseburger - the patty was definitely not 100% beef - seemed to mainly consist of some kind of non-meat filler. The flavours were reminiscent of Maccas in their artificial quality. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the burger. I would've preferred fast food - that would've been cheaper and faster. The fries were very average and again so similar to Maccas why would I pay more? My friend had the chicken burger and said it was average.

There are dozens of better burger places in Altona I really can't see myself ever returning.

Only bought food from here a few times, but each time it was delicious and quick! Had the feel of an American diner almost, love it. The food is affordable and the milkshakes are yummy!
