Piggy Smalls

I had ordered the night before late through menulog. Unfortunately the driver that was delivering stole my food. Tried contacting the business but they had already shut for the day. I arrived the next day and explained them that I had nor received. They showed me how to get a refund on the app if it were to happen again and they o ly too happy to make my order again for me as I really enjoy their food. Great people, great service, great food!

Food is ok, but that’s about all you can say for it. Trendy shop with poor to average food.

Food is anyways good here but every time we order for delivery there is something missing tonight was my last straw. We order 3 meal and only 1 arrived when I called them to see if I could come to get the missing food they told me it’s not their problem and they have run out of chips and coke. Absolutely poor customer service

Burger was a bit cold.
The patty didn’t have much flavour.
Edible but not great.
Milkshake was good.

Basically a hole on the wall. Having said that service was great and though a little slow in the preparation of the meal, it ended with a very tasty lunch. I would most definitely recommend this place

Placed a phone order, and when there was a misunderstanding they corrected it (without being prompted) when I arrived.

Disgusting! They don't wear gloves They're making hamburgers by bare hands, pick hamburgers up and wrap.

The philly cheesesteak was okay, it was lacking flavour, needed more salt at least. The texture of the steak and the bread saved it for me.

Family packs are priced amazing for what you get. Amazing high-quality food that tastes awesome. Can't wait to come back!

Processed frozen burger pattie’s aren’t fooling anyone. Go to Grilld if you want a decent burger.

I recently bought the loaded fries and a Nutella milkshake. Food came super quick and the service was great. Super friendly staff despite being very busy and service was overall very efficient. Food was delicious and hit the spot. 10/10 would recommend! Very expansive menu with heaps of option to choose from. Great place if you want some good burgers or a great milkshake:)

Waited over an hour for our food to get delivered, called to find out what the go was and was told the store had a fight with the delivery driver, no idea that had happened like 30 mins ago, the food finally arrived an extra half hour later and was cold and terrible. Great experience.

Unreal bang for buck proper american style burgers. Super friendly staff. Old mate was a legend. Definitely be coming back

I have ordered piggy smalls many times before with no problem whatsoever. Tonight, different story.

I’ll first commend the young lady who was only trying her best to help, thank you to her! I have had complications with Uber refunds before and wasn’t keen on it but she helped me through that.

But the man who I spoke to on the phone was not interested in my issue at all, which was a complete wrong order due to “printers not working”? I got my usual, but this time I was given a burger that wasn’t even the same meat and had jalapeños in it and I absolutely cannot have that. He reluctantly offered to refund me if I came Instore, now, I ordered on Uber eats because I could not come in store. I told him this many times, he didn’t care. If I could come i store I would have ordered it Instore. He then went completely silent and then all of a sudden I was passed back to the young lady while I was still talking! That is just plain rude and completely not acceptable for a customer service role. Not even a sorry that he was the one who messed up my order. I found the man to be highly disrespectful and I will not be ordering from this store again.

Ordered for the first time tonight due to a burger craving and was not disappointed! Generous serving sizes, food was hot and fresh and well presented. Food was delivered really quick as well. Thanks for a great dinner piggy smalls team!

Kiarna at Keillor East always provides such great customer service and goes above and beyond for her customers. Excellent vegan choices.

We've had Piggy Smalls twice and both times it was amazing. Tonight has not been an amazing experience. Like usual we tried to order on UberEats and we wanted to save a bit of money and get the 2 burger meal deal and it wouldn't work. We called them to see if they knew why. Then they had a look and called us back. They said it was working on their end and that maybe it wasn't working because we had to select the bread option, so my partner said ok and hung up. We tried to do that and wouldn't work, there was no option to select the bread type. We called back again and said it doesnt work, there is no option to select bread. They said well its working on our end. Maybe try Menulog. So we tried it, also didn't work because it came up as pick up only for that meal deal. We called them and said it says pick up only. They said it works on our end, we don't know. My partner said, could I speak to a manager to let them know. The employee said we've had no issues all night and plenty of orders. My partner said we were letting u know also so no one else had issues of ordering with them. My partner said the guy seemed so disinterested when we wanted to order with them and that we were trying to help them for future orders for them.
Pretty disappointed, now we've had to order with someone else at like 7pm at night and we're hungry. We won't be ordering again with Piggy Smalls, which is a shame because the burgers are delicious but customer service is important. Especially in times like these where you should every order possible.

It was at the Keilor East store last Saturday night. My partner rang the staff multiple times and didn't seem interested so we took our business elsewhere.

Great burger and condiments to go with it. The onion rings are a must try and wash it down with a signature shake!

Bad food i got the chicken burger and thought they had forgot the chicken but very small piece and burger was wet, cold, expensive and bland for undercooked fries no salt. Many bad review say same thing. Coincidence? Cook your food properly.

Ordered the crispy chicken burger, piggy burger and the hangover hotdog, loved it! The meat was well cooked, juicy and great flavours. We also really loved the sides - buffalo wings and onion rings are a must!
