8 This shop has interesting items unavailable elsewhere. However, I was unimpressed with the request for personal details at payment.
I was told an email was required for an electronic receipt and without it no returns were possible. Whoever devised this ploy is obviously not aware of consumer law.
My wife found the best rain coat.ageless hooded with deep pockets, longer than a sports jacket which was on the cards until tgis much better choice staff showerd her.
Cute range of knick knacks, interesting clothes- especially the vintage stuff! Love the rayon Hawaiian shirt I got from here.

Wish I could give zero stars!
Walked in this afternoon to look for Christmas gifts! Staff where appalling and lazy. Not only did they NOT get off of their chairs behind the counter, they had the audacity to laugh at me when I asked how much a particular item in store was. Not only was this appalling customer service but incredibly ignorant.
You shouldn’t judge someone by the way they dress etc.perhaps a change in attitude or new employees is necessary. I work in retail also, this is not acceptable behaviour.
Certainly will not be coming back here to get Christmas presents this year.
Disappointing
I bought a gold plated chain on Sunday 20 January 2020 from Pigeonhole. I made sure I don't sleep or shower with it. Also made sure that I had no perfume on me prior and during me wearing the chain. Still I have found after 2 wears the chain has discoloured.
I will not recommend anyone buying gold plated chain from them.

There are so many fun, unique gifts to buy for friends. Worth a visit!
About 2 weeks ago I was wandering through and I was greeted by the delightful "Stella". The staff are always up for a non- sales pitched chat and I never feel any pressure when I am in their store.
Stella was fabulous > So cool, So chill and knowledgable.
If someone from management reads this - Congrats on having an amazing business and staff. A+
