30Food is good, there is a great variety of sweet items, prices are reasonable, but service can be frustrating slow - think 45min wait during lunchtime with a total of four other customers present.
Requested a gift voucher for $20.00 on 23/12/2919. Expiry date was written as 31/01/2020. Requested it be extended. Especially as businesses close down this time of year. This would have reduced the time the recipient could use it. Told no. I challenge the legality of that decision. Told, "Take it or cash back". WTF. Who does that. It's not even legal! Took my money back and left. Dont get your gift vouchers here. Won't be going back!
Pizza is delicious and staff are lovely with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
Good selection of gourmet pizzas, great service, always quick for pick up even on a Saturday night. Definitely worth a try!
Very welcoming environment. Good coffee and delicious ricotta cannoli. Very generous portions too. Can't wait to try their pizza!

The “take an order and then cancel but take the money not to be seen back for 10-15 days” is frustrating to say the least.
If you cannot put up with the demand don’t sign up for the service guys.

Fabulous, Rustic, Authentic. Best pizza in the Area. Staff are attentive and look after you very well. Highly Recommend. Thank you for creating such a great eating experience.far better than the sad bland mass produced pretend pizzas we get presented with in many places. I prefer the traditional recipe made at Pierross and my only selfish complaint is that they are open just a few days a week.
Really good pizza and I am not from the area but would go there just for it, probably one of the best pizza shops in Melbourne
Totally agree with the earlier review. Fantastic pizzas, and a good range of pastries too.
If you're after a cake for a special occasion, Pierross is also an excellent choice. They probably aren't the cheapest place for cakes, but you get what you pay for - the quality is exceptional.
I know I sound like I own the place.but I have no connection. I'm just a very happy customer!
