I've been coming to Pickford Pharmacy for many years, and I highly recommend it. Tam, Melissa, and their team are extremely friendly and provide great customer service. They really value their customers, and they make a great effort to get to know their regulars personally and make us feel welcome every time. In terms of service, they go above and beyond - There have been times they were out of stock of a medication I needed, and actually ran to a nearby pharmacy to get it for me. They have even dropped medication off to me on their way home when I was unable to make it to the pharmacy to pick it up myself. Even though I live further away from the pharmacy than when I first started coming here, I always make the effort to come here instead of pharmacies nearer to home because they definitely deserve my patronage. Thanks so much to all of you at Pickford Pharmacy for the great service over the years!

Can't speak highly enough of Tam, Jenny and all the other friendly and wonderful staff. They go out of their way to share their vast advice and knowledge, as well as providing the trust needed to become a great Pharmacy. To everyone who has taken genuine care in looking after my pharmaceutical and general health needs at Pickfords', I thank you whole heartedly and highly recommend your services to anyone.

I’m so glad I decided to come here. They are friendly and professional and service is always delivered with a smile.

Being customers for over 15 years, I know: -

(1) Pharmacist Tam prioritises people’s health and wellbeing well before profits.

(2) After hours he visits nursing homes, those in palliative care and the elderly, to offer encouragement and care, well beyond his call.

(3) The Pharmacy raises funds for the orphans in SE Asia.

(4) Pharmacist Tam even sets aside FREE Rapid Antigen Tests for those who are socially disadvantaged, and to ensure that they receive their fair access.

Ideal if you are looking for a long-term pharmacist, and to support the pharmacy that supports the disadvantaged in the community, behind the scene.

Please read the packet before posting negative comments about Pickford’s. You both bought packs of 7 not 1 for $74.50. Pickford’s provide an exceptional service to our community and they don’t deserve to have their reputation and integrity slammed like this.

Best pharmacy in Carlton hands down. Family run and they actually care about everyone that comes through the door. My mum and dad have needed to go in several times and they have always come out saying so many good things about Pickford Pharmacy!

Even though it is challenging time in Melbourne, all staff members in Pickford Pharmacy demonstrated positive energy and genuine caring attitude. Excellent customer service!

I can highly recommend the staff at Pickford Pharmacy. Tan, the pharmacist is extremely knowledgable and is always ready to help and give advice when requested. Staff treat all their customers with great respect.

I just purchased a packet of 7 Rapid Antigen Tests for $74.50. Great service and such a great price!

Charging 74.50 for a single antigen test and refused to provide an itemised receipt to hide their deceit. Way to capitalise on a health crisis.
