Waited 35min today Ordered the cotoletta with a few extras then found that the chicken was missing from the Panini, which is the main part unbelievable and the bread was below average

The staff here were unbelievably kind and considerate and don’t miss a beat. I praise their quick, swift and easy going service, the atmosphere and quality were also certainly unforgettable with great vibes just flowing around the store. Undoubtedly they have set a new expectation and benchmark for me when eating out. Definitely will be going back!

These guys were SO busy when I got there, but honestly, I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order! Lovely team and the panini was super fresh and delicious - the Mortadella was PHENOMENAL

15 minutes to order and 45min items to receive my underwhelming cold try focaccia…
Not to mention I was on the toilet the whole next day.so where the other 3 people that ate it with me.cross contamination possibly as we all had different sandwiches and one knife was used to cut all of them.unorganised chaos, spending to much time calling out people for their order with loud music blaring … maybe a ticket system would work better and not using the same knife all day long on meat and veg options…

Took a flight straight from Sydney, picked up a hire car and drove an hour for this pregnancy craving.

I made it an hour before they closed. Unfortunately they had issues with their supplier and ran out of produce.

The staff were wonderful, they said they'll see what they can do for me. I walked away with my order and a big smile on my face.

The staff were all so polite, great customer service. I'm thankful they went out of their way to get my order through. It was unfortunate seeing them turn people away due to an issue that was out of their control.

Popped by this morning to pick up a panini. Can say it was so good and is great for any hangover haha. The panini is very well priced for the quality and large proportion. The guys working are super nice and welcoming! The cannoli was delicious, crispy and made fresh! My partner is Italian and said that the place is pretty authentic and reminds him of a famous panini store in Florence. A 10/10 from us! Thanks team, we'll be back. Keep it up and thanks for keeping Hawthorn alive!

The staff were so lovely and made us delicious panini! We were vegetarian and they added a few extra delicious veggies to our panini. Would love to see a few more veg options but the one we had was great and the bread so soft on the inside and crispy outside.
The venue is small and not a sit down place, so when going expect to takeaway and find a spot to eat it. Coffee was also delicious!

Amazing food, generous portions and super friendly service! The bread is to die for and coffee is great too! So good we went back again the next day to try the other paninis!

Definitely best Panini I have ever had. The Cotoletta Panini was incredible. The portion sizes are so generous.

Even tho there was a bit of a wait the paninis made up for every second of it, with the rich flavours to the amazing workers with a lovely experience and memories were created here!

Seriously the best panini in Melbourne! Amazing service, and a great atmosphere. The place to be!

I was excited seeing the progress of the fit out & the stickers put up around Glenferrie road!
Then the bar opened & sold out of Cotoletta early! I was annoyed & couldn’t understand with how many staff on why not enough chicken was crumbed.
So I had to come back the next day, & thank goodness I did!
It was truly delicious, in addition to the vibe & music pumping at the same rate as the paninis were pumping out.
Staff are all on point, friendly & work cohesively to get your order to you ASAP even with it being so hectic.

One thing though, do you sell Chinotto?

Really great paninis. Fresh bread, good ingredients and it all comes together to taste amazing. Service was good too. This place is perfect for a lunch that's a bit more special.

The team here are doing a great job in their new shop!
The panini tasted just like a sandwich I would have at my Nonnas.
I order a coteletta and pistachio cornetto. The pistchacio cream was piped fresh and it tasted excellent.

Not one to review, but these guys deserve it. They make you feel like a regular the moment you walk in, even when there's a line out the door and they have a backlog of orders to get through.

Had the Cotoletta and added chilli oil and peppers and I'm not sure I've ever eaten anything like it. The salsa verde was incredible and I wish I had have asked for extra. Tip for next time.

Love to see young people having a crack in business and these guys are killing it. Only just taken the last bite of my panini and I'm already looking forward to going back.

The best food, and I have to say their yummy custard cannoli are delicious huge variety.
This is a family run business. They are excited and passionate about the food. It has become a popular place since recently opening. Their panini are so tasty to die for.
Definitely worth a visit.
