Piano Time

Im a student here. All of the staff in the store are super friendly and are amazing teachers. The quality of the classic guitar I bought here was amazing for the the price that I paid. After 8 months of learning here I still feel like my Guitar is more than adequate and I wont need an upgrade any time soon.

I really enjoy doing my weekly lessons with Sam! He’s an amazing teacher.

Really great advice, patience and customer service. Hans and Sam went over and above to deliver the piano and helped deal with my unwanted old one, moreover it was late in the evening on their personal time.
Great guys and look forward to enjoying our new piano.

Had a lovely experience at PianoTime today. I went in not knowing exactly what I was after, and had a hard time expressing, but Hans (sorry if I spelled that wrong) seemed to read my mind and know exactly what to show me. I would have bought then and there, but there's no Afterpay in store, so I have to order it online. Thanks Hans!

It took 3 weeks for a delivery, I lived only 2km away from South Melbourne store. Delivery came in bad condition, and everything seemed unclean.

Came here looking for a piano and although I haven’t decided on which one is best for my son I must say the staff are very professional and informative. Will definitely be back here to get our piano:)

I ordered a Piano over a month ago, I suppose yo get it the next day, never happened I wait for a week and I called the store to ask what’s happening. After 4 calls someone finally said that” the piano was out of stock, so I needed to wait” another week went by and still no reason. After that week they call me saying that it will be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday. So I had to be at home. I told them that I worked and I can not take 3 days off just to wait for the piano. I asked if it was possible to give me at least one day. They said no. So we decided to post it to my office instead, I send by email the address and I was tracking the item online and they send it back to the store because the address was not correct. So I checked my email. I did sent the correct address, but the post did not have it correct. Now I’ve been trying to contact them all they because I want my money back and they are not answering the phone or replaying my calls.

Nice guys but overpriced instruments - I purchased a Mahalo uke for $99, discovered later that they go for less than $40 online.

I bought my current cello from Piano Time and received great service from Sam and team. The cello came professionally set up and they even delivered it to my house way before the promised time.

Excellent service! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Will buy again from them! Highly recommend!
