The review has been given due to bad customer service of the receptionist for my partner. The professionals are the best but the receptionist should learn how to deal with the clients and assist in any circumstance.
I heard the receptionist's very unprofessional and rude conversation.public should know the truth and i am helping the public by giving a honest feedback which i experienced.
This is a free speech space where I have given a honest review of what my partner has faced. Rather than editing your response every time, Please learn how to take a feedback and get improved (its an easy fix).

Yesterday I went to visit this place to enquire about the appointment and how do they get new patient, receptionist was so rude it was racing and she even didn't open the main gate to let me in for talk, she was talking from inside and I was standing in the rain to enquire. No customer service skills with staff as first impression is the last impression, I may now assume that may be physiotherapist be good but your main reception staff is the face of your service which is really disappointed and frustrating.

Received answer from owner for my review and very disappointed, I never told you I am receiving free physiotherapy and secondly instead of taking review as feedback and improve you are just taking criticism as an attack what a shame.
I already mentioned in my review that I am not talking about any treatment from physiotherapist and only mentioned I experience from front staff name Ma**.

I love coming here for Pilates. The instructor is very professional, patient and explains things so well. I have improved so much with my strength and flexibility.

Very disappointed of the unprofessionalism of the receptionist. Very rude. Got good practitioners but, receptionist doesn’t value the customers.

Since I cannot reply on your response ill write here,
Firstly I did not get free sessions. I paid for them. Secondly my partner listened the way your receptionist spoke and that’s why she also put a comment as Anybody who would have listened would done the same.
Only time I cancelled due to the sickness as it wasn’t safe to come without getting tested.
Today i gave notice even before 24 hours as you guys request only 24 hour notice for the cancellation. As you write false information saying that i kept canceling weekly basis, I’m only 6 weeks after surgery by now and How come I made 12 attendances within 6 weeks.
And please understand it isn’t about me. It is about your RECEPTIONIST’s very unprofessional behaviour. Public will see clearly reading all the negative comments regarding the rude and unprofessional receptionist. There is no doubt in that.
If you can’t take a comment as a feedback and calling me on my mobile regarding this good luck running the business with that receptionist.

I highly recommend the team at PhysioXP who are easily the best when it comes to Physiotherapy, they have help me tremendously in coming back from an ACL injury with the knowledge and professionalism they have.
They provided me with a clear and detailed plan to return to playing soccer and made the journey along the way very enjoyable.

My husband has been attending Physioxp for a while now. Rom is his therapist, he is professional and communicates well with us so my husband is making a lot of improvements. It's a very comfortable environment.

Mitchell is a great physio! He has helped me with multiple issues and is always able to help me in exactly the way I need. Not only is he highly competent, he also has a great manner and allows me to talk and explain my issue without cutting me off or making me feel dumb (as I have experienced with other professionals). I always feel heard and understood by him and he always gives me the time I need. He also empowers clients by educating them so they can understand the issues and help themselves.

Romesh is easily one of the best physios I have seen. He has a wealth of knowledge, very thorough and goes through the exercises you are required to do for your road to recovery He also does this through the facilities in his clinic which is very well equipped. Thank you and hopefully I do not incur another injury bit if I do, I know who I will be coming to next for assistance.
