I had been to another physio for an ankle problem. It was still affecting me so I went to PhysioLife. The physio there was so thorough, he even got a second opinion from another physio there which I really appreciated. The exercises he gave me have solved the issue (its been over a month and no pain). I highly recommend them- Im even sending my mum!
