PhysioLife Alphington (Merritt Physiotherapy & Pilates Alphington)

Matthew is an excellent physio who explained possible causes and prescribed exercises in the most effective way. I had a strained ankle for past 5 months and it was never ever fully recovered. Having seen Matt for 2 sessions, I can really feel the difference in my ankle and feel confident that it'll be back to normal (if not stronger and more stable). I had also experienced compressed lower pain, Matt was able to identify it's glute muscles that needed treatment and strengthening; since the 2 treatments and doing the prescribed exercises at home, I can do a 15km walk without any discomfort and all other usual exercises.

His attention to my back problem was consistent, well thought out and resolved where others just guessed. Would recommend him to everyone without hesitation.

The treatment is always caring and Carolyn is very experienced. The consulting rooms are very smart and well kept. I highly recommend this practice and have been a customer virtually since it opened. My lower back issues are very much under control these days.

After herniating a disk in her Neck, my partner spent 3 months in horrifying debilitating pain, she couldn't sit in a chair, every meal she would eat standing, she rarely slept, she couldn't travel in the car, couldn't go to work, couldn't be in crowds where she might get bumped. After 3 months the odds of healing are very minimal and the only option is high risk back surgery, which had been suggested by two surgeons.
