Physio on Patterson

Tom has been outstanding over the last couple of months as he has helped improve my lower back pain.

From the first session, he has been friendly, professional and attentive. He adds a wide variety of exercises into the treatment and is always super attentive to my form and posture to help prevent injury and get the best outcomes possible. He also takes a very pragmatic approach to his treatment, considering your personal life circumstances.

I would highly recommend Tom to anybody who is looking for a physio!

Tom is a relaxed, attentive physio! He knows his stuff and I love his in depth analysis of your supposed injury to find out the proper problem. He also does pilates and strength training classes. Highly recommend!

Very cool place and nice Physio, knows what to do and does it efficiently and effectively. Would recommend to solve any problems that you may have with your body.

I had back pain due to bad mattress and long sitting position from long working hour. Tom managed to fix the pain after first consulation, the pain literally went away. He also gave me some exercise that I have to do during the day to release the stiffness from long sitting position. I am very happy with Tom’s Physio service, he is very thorough during consultation and very helpful in his explanation. I am more than happy to recommend him to friends and family.

On a long healing journey after several surgeries and long term hospitilisation from the results of a severe cycling accident in January, Tom from Physio on Patterson has proven to be a local gem. Tom's deep tissue massage, although intense, reaps literally measurable benefits of improved range of movement directly and into the longer term. Physio on Patterson's expertise in post trauma healing, and recovery of limb function and strength building is evident from the improved limb flexibility and strength I am further developing after each fortnightly session. (Yay!)
