Physio First and Wellness Health Group

The Physio First team here are great, they helped me recover from an injury that put me out of work. Not only are they very knowledgeable but their experience was evident when providing me with exercises that helped me get back on track. Very highly recommended.

After experiencing ongoing pain in my knees for 4 years with no success at other physiotherapists - Peter and the team at Physio first where fantastic in looking holistically to quickly identify the cause of these challenges, educate me and create a sustainable plan to rehabilitate my knees in a way I felt was manageable. Ally and the reception team are great! The Physio team has helped me a lot with my ACL recovery journey and strengthening my knee and I am ahead of schedule and recovering well. Best treatment and care I have ever received.

Joanna is a great physio, I injured my leg and found Physio First Wellness Health Group through facebook. Joanna provided a great treatment plan with holstic advice that allowed me to heal faster and get back into sport, highly recommended!
