Food is overpriced! I find the staff rude and uninviting and there is no chilli oil or Sarancha available for self service (which I’m used to). I asked for some and the girl rolled her eyes and reluctantly gave me a small squirt of it as it seemed a big inconvenience for her. Also no forks or spoons or chop sticks available. I also paid $13 for a crispy bbq pork roll which is above standard prices, and had to pay $50 cent for extra Corriander. Tooo expensive

Worst ever Bahmi! They serve duck and call it crispy chicken. When I confronted one of the staff making the Bahmi. He said yes that it's a duck then immediately changed response to chicken. Could have said that earlier!

This place is usually really good but I’ve noticed the service has really gone downhill lately. Today, the guy in the Land Rover hat who was serving at the counter, barely even looked at me. No hello, no how are you, not even a smile. Then, when I ordered extra chicken, the guy in the adidas hat who was at the meat area, put on literally the most minute amount of chicken I’ve ever seen.

Ordered a standard meatball roll and had to wait for 15 minutes to get the roll. 2 super slow staff preparing the roll and keep going back and forth not finishing it. I don't understand why they didn't simply finish making the roll and give it to customer before they go do something else. I was happy and looked forward to getting a roll from this shop, now I'm upset.

A decent banh mi. Compared to other banh mi places I've been to, it's a little pricey, not to mention, also a tad smaller than others, however, they compensate with fresh veggies and tasty fillings. I usually get the crispy pork banh mi, however, the tofu banh mi is also quite good. Overall, they have a decent variety of delicious banh mi.

Pork banh mi is so good.
Filled with veggies, pork and crispy pork. Flavorful and only priced $12 (18.03.23)
Added to my new favourite.

In an era or COVID and other issues, watching one staff member handling bread, servicing customers with cash and touchscreen which breeds disease, with their bare hands is disgusting. No other staff members has spoken up about it. Low quality for Chadstone.

These guys are great for Banh Mi, have had Banh from their store in Richmond as well and they are great here in Chadstone as well. The prices are a little jacked up/high compared to most banh mi places but it must be due to being in Chadstone and honestly that's the only complaint I got.

Service is great, coffee is bitter and strong how it should be and the Banh Mi are made with fresh ingredients.

I strongly recommend this place if your in Chadstone food court over many of the other options already in the food court.

Lots of competition all over Melbourne including nearby on Koornang Rd Carnegie and the Roll’d franchises, so this review is relative to that.
I can’t fault the staff who are nice and freshness of bread rolls and vegetable ingredients although serving size within not the biggest.
Crispy pork banh hi way too much fat and gristle; not enough actual pork meat and crackling itself even compared to roll’d franchises, and portion of meat too small; was worried I was gonna get a coronary attack whilst eating the fat. This comes down to poor prepping when chopping the meat.
Meatball roll banh mi meat within came out almost like a ‘paste’ or pate rather than discrete balls.
The above banh mi meat options at chadstone really need more attention to care when prepping the meat components and better portion sizes.

Definitely recommend stopping in here to fuel you up whilst shopping at Chadstone! Staff are professional, efficient and have a lovely, positive attitude. Even when under pressure they provide a wonderful service, as they were very busy when I visited. Delicious crispy pork banh mi ($11).

Weekend is on our doorstep, time to step out and explore the incredible food scene Melbourne has to offer. @phuocthanhbakery the most popular Banh mi shop of Melbourne, has opened their new store in @chadstone_fashion SC.

We had their most famous BBQ Pork Banh Mi and Tofu Banh Mi, besides the Prawn Rice Paper Rolls, Vietnamese iced Coffee and Vietnamese Iced black coffee.

That bbq pork is absolutely delicious and such a flavourful Banh mi that’s also quite filling. Full of refreshing salad and generous Amit of meat, makes their house made Banh mi bun taste so mind blowing. And yeah, guys I’d strongly recommend you to try the tofu one, it’s equally fantastic and all the flavours from spiciness to gentle sweetness, everything is balanced to perfection. Really loved the tofu one.

The rice paper rolls were so amazing and mouthwatering, filled with only fresh ingredients. And those coffees, too good and so intense. Perfect for any coffee lover.

So guys head to Chaddy this weekend for some shopping and lots of eating of tasty authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi only @phuocthanhbakery

This is their third store and they are still delivering the banh mi goods just like their original store in Richmond. Highly recommend the crispy pork belly and fresh salad. Also grab a Viet iced coffee while you're at it! Great location in the lower ground food court at Chadstone Shopping Centre with lots of other food options as well.

@phuocthanhbakery, @chadstone_fashion I’m a big big fan of Banh Mi and was so excited to visit the Newest Store of the OG Banh Mi specialists from Victoria Street in Richmond who are now open in Chaddy!

Their new store is beautiful and clean, and the Banh Mi is just as delicious! Prices start from $7 for the salad roll. All the fillings we tried were incredibly delicious, generous & authentic. Top pick is the crispy Pork $10 each (best value if u get it in the combo) but they were all really good (mixed ham, bbq pork and bbq chicken $8.50).

Best to pick up an iced coffee with your Banh mi while you’re there ️ Be sure to check out in the SE! Sooo yum!

This banh mi bakery has just opened recently in the Chadstone food court, lots of traffic and the banh miss are made pretty quick. Loving the freshness of the vegetables and lightness of the soft fluffy bread roll that has a crunchy on the outside. The bread itself is so easy to eat and the filling is so flavourful. We ordered a crispy pork which had a crispy skin with tender meat. A bit pricey for the roll but with the freshness of the veggies and meat, it compensates. The Vietnamese ice coffee was well made and so aromatic but slightly too sweet for us.

Phuoc Thanh Bakery has just opened their newest store in Chadstone Shopping Centre in the lower ground level food court!

Their banh mi is the best you’ll ever find We ordered the BBQ chicken and BBQ pork ($8.50 each). Other options available are mixed ham ($8.50) and crispy pork ($10). Their ingredients are fresh and you can taste this in every bite, even from their bakery made baguettes. The fillings are very generous and the staff super friendly too

Also highly recommend ordering the iced coffee as it is super delicious and refreshing! ️

So next time you’re on a shopping spree at Chaddy, make sure you grab your banh mi fix at Phuoc Thanh bakery
