We have a rather large and diverse family, ranging in age from 82 down to 2. Yes, family portraits are a big investment, trust me, we did our research.
What a great day we had. Alan remained flexible up until the last possible minute to ensure we had a great location to suit the weather. He was able to get a rather cranky 4 year old laughing and made it a fun and memorable morning for us all. Could not be happier with the result. Alan really has a talent for telling stories through his photography, whilst keeping the photos looking really natural. From my own childhood experience, family photo shoots were traumatic. But with Alan both parents and kids are laughing and enjoying themselves. Nothing feels forced or awkward and the photos really reflect that.

We couldn't be happier with the experience we've had with Alan at Photobat. Easy to communicate with and seemed to get my photo ideas instantly. Loved his creative, easy going but very professional nature. Photos were exceptional. Slight printing issue with album that was fixed immediately and without any fuss or issues. Highly recommend and will use again for sure.

I have nothing but great things to say about Alan. We had our couples photoshoot planned last year, and due to COVID we had to postpone, but Alan made sure he kept in touch with us. During our photoshoot (finally!) he made sure we were comfortable, he seems to have this uncanny ability to make us look natural despite our awkwardness.
