Connected with Nav the owner of Phonetech and enquired about a battery replacement for iphone 12 pro. Went to one of his stores, the one in the Coles complex in Point Cook Town Centre. Left my phone locked with Reet and got my phone fixed within 30 mins. Charge is reasonable and very competitive with other shops in the area as I have called a few shops to gauge the market price. Highly recommend their business and service level.
Fixed my phone many time by Baldeep, does an amazing job. Very cheap, would 100% recommend
We fixed the back of an iPhone less than a month ago, was told we had a 12 month warranty.
The phone yet again cracked, this shows poor quality in the product. As well the magsafe was no longer usable.
When we came back with the warranty we were told it didn't cover anything and we had to pay again really disappointing.
Replaced the cracked screen for my iPhone XS Max in 10 mins! Sonal was helpful and kind even though I was skeptical about the outcome. 1 year warranty given as well.

Great customer service. I went there with my phone and my own screen protector asking the lady to help me with them. She was nice and kind, didn't charge me anything. She had it done professionally. Highly recommended if you need help with your phone.

Phontech was and is a fantastic store, especially Ravneet who above and beyond to help me, go the extra nine yards is their motto with all the stall and even the head man Nav, i do a 4 hour round trip to drive to their store for excellent product and service.

Went in to get a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S7. Price was reasonable and they had it done with in the hour quoted. They were nice to talk to and seemed to know what they were doing. Also told me that if I had and trouble they would fix it for free
Overwhelmed by High Standard Customer Service, Friendly hard-working Staff, Professionalism at the affordable price point for the repair of my S20 Ultra Samsung Mobile. Two Indian goddesses handling the store kept the store neat & were very quick to fix my mobile (Change of Rear Camera + Hard Original Cover) along with UV pressed high quality glass cover to prevent the screen. My touch screen never worked with the previous $45 gorilla Glass cover, and it is miracle that I may now be in position to use the finger scan lock for my phone.
Already Provided my Alienware Laptop & Apple Mac Book Pro that has developed some potential corrosion & loss/damage of chargers due to freak storm that had hit my house early last year.
2 other friends have already asked the number wanting to get their mobiles fixed and protected.
I have paid heaps of money to phone repair companies before and never felt as satisfied.
