I am utterly disappointed with this place. Avoid buying from this place if you can. To start with, I have ordered an apple pencil from this place 5 days ago, getting an email stating that it would arrive today. No shipping updates or anything were provided, extremely poor customer service. Today is the day I was supposed to get the apple pencil, however it did not arrive. As a result I contact their team and ask them on updates about the apple pencil. After a long response time, they reply that the item is not in stock despite having it on the website, sending me the invoice, and not sending me any updates whatsoever. This has caused a lot of problems professionally in my life and I do not wish that anyone would have to go through what I have been through with this poor customer service and utter unprofessional behaviour.

Edit: The team did nothing to help, thanks for wasting 5 days of my time. PS.save your time and money and go somewhere else

Had my I phone screen replaced by them recently, the screen they replaced it with is low quality and plays up. Won’t let me push the torch or camera buttons on the locked screen. The touch screen overall lags now. Wouldn’t recommend, wish I had have noticed all the 1 star reviews they have before going there.

Ordered a samsung s22 "like new" arrived promptly and in literal mint condition.only sign it has of ever being used is a few dust particles in some of the deeper cracks.awesome work for the price cant recomend enough!

I have purchased 3 Iphones from Phonebot. The first was an IPhone X and that was a great experience, the 2nd was an IPhone 7 and that came 3 weeks late, was defective (wireless LAN didn’t work), it took 2.5 months to sort out that ‘yes it was defective’ and the “Refunds paid within 3 days” took a week of me emailing and WhatsApp’ing them. But it did get sorted.
The last phone was an IPhone 8, which works great, but was a week late in getting here. So in summary, generally good product, they do standby their refund policy, but it is all quite slow.

Phone was exactly as described and delivered very promptly. It was a bit dirty, especially around the edges of the camera lens, attention to detail here wouldn't go astray. But apart from that I'm a happy customer and will definitely be using Phone Bot again!

Was told about a delay in sending my product. Left it for a few days and then messaged to find out about an approximate date to receive goods. No reply. Also product colour says dark grey but it is actually light grey.

I was happy with the response I received from Phonebot. It was prompt and what I was expecting

I have tried to contact you many times but your team don't answer, that's why you don't have any customers. You treat people very badly.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, as new and working perfectly. Well packaged and delivered in reasonable time given the Christmas rush.

I purchased a refurbished S21 for my son for Christmas. It was advertised as in good condition, but when it arrived, it was impossible to tell that it was refurbished. Absolutely perfect condition. It also came with some awesome extras and a 12 month warranty. I had also messaged for assistance prior to buying and had received responses after hours, which also impressed me. Great price, great quality, great service and a fast delivery. I will be returning when I need another phone. Thank you.

Bought 'as new' Flip 4. It was in great condition. So far no problems with transferring data from old phone or set up. Good value. Very quick postage too.

Don't waste your money, I bought a Galaxy Flip Z from Phonebot. I had the phone for less than 2 months and the screen failed, they told me that I had dropped the phone and
refused to repair the screen even though it was still under
warranty. That phone has an issue with the screen which is well documented on the net, but they still claimed it was dropped. It has no visible damage of being dropped. Poor customer service.

Love my recent iPhone purchase from Phonebot. Great quality product at a reasonable price and great customer service - no hard sell. Highly recommended. Will definitely purchase again.

Magnificent phone Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, excellent condition with all accessories and bonus Samsung phone case. Excellent price with 12 month warranty. I love my phone have purchased from phone bot before. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended. A choice you won't regret.

Happy with the service and phone. Unfortunately the phone had a fault - wasn't sure how the follow up service would go - but was VERY impressed. After attempting some 'fixes', agreed to provide a new phone.

Bought a second hand Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 from here. Ordered online so was skeptical especially seeing as though I didn't see what I was buying and the Z Fold 2's inner screen isn't the strongest. I purchased the Grade A type which Phonebot says means absolutely minimal scratches. They weren't wrong, this phone basically looks brand new. There was no screen protector on, however the previous owner may have removed it. They also added a charging port in the box
