Happy with the service received at the Hawthorn branch. A battery failure in my IPad was identified quickly and a new one fitted. All good now.

Although it took 2 visits, they fixed my laptop! They also made it so i was without laptop for as little time as possible.great if you do to swinburne.

I took my phone in because it had one broken speaker needing replacement. Next thing the owner lost my Sim card while examining my phone and when he put it back together, the screen display was not working properly. I am now needing to buy a new phone entirely. I could not be more disappointed.

With a family of 4, we are ALWAYS getting phones fixed - broken screens, blocked charging ports, both Android and iPhone. Of the 4 phone repair shops that I've interacted with in the past weeks, this guy is the best. Really helpful, fast service (fixed in less than an hour), very fair price. We'll be returning. I paid $280 to have my screen fixed and within 2 days the screen stopped working. They refused to help saying that their supplier’s warranty wouldn’t cover repair so they couldn’t. They offered to fix it again for a discount of $170 “only if you pay in cash”. Real nice.

Have heard similar things from friends now that I’ve spoken about this place to them. Avoid!

Fast and friendly service. I walked in to get a screen protector replaced on my phone. The first attempt had a few smudges trapped under the screen protector, so they removed it and fitted another for me.

Excellent laptop repair, gave Steve my Acer Laptop, within an hour fixed with a smile, love to take business back to him.

Many place turned me away as they didn't think they would be able to fix my issue. The crew at forecast said they would give it a try and they were able to fix it! So happy they tried and price was super reasonable here. They were upfront with pricing (which was very reasonable!) and prompt turnaround.

So happy I didn't have to throw my device out.

I went to 2 other company's to get my MacBook fixed the other 2 company's tride to charge me $600-700 to replace the motherboard I went to fone cast they fixed my MacBook motherboard in two days and only charged me $220 so impressed with the staff he really loves his job the only company, I will ever go to for my repairs again thank you

Dodgy price gouger. Strangely selling face masks $10 each!

In a phone repair shop, has face masks for sale! At a HUGE mark up. What is that? About 100x the real price? One of those people trying to take advantage of a health crisis. Probably bought up all the masks back in February and now is going to try and cash in. The face mask is the new 'steak knives', strangely appearing in shops you would never expect to find them, except the workers all appear to have had a 'heads up' on the coming virus. Oh, and they're not 'thrown in' but cost more than the item you are there to buy. Wouldn't be surprised if he had toilet rolls for $100 out the back too.
