I had my screen fixed here and I was initially pleased with the results however, a few days later multiple issues started happening such as the camera & torch stopped working. The timing was not a coincidence as these issues did not exist prior to it getting fixed. I went back in and asked for them to fix these issues they created however, they continued to deny any faults and refused to fix with out me paying EXTRA or provide any sort of compensation/partial refund.

The service is absolutely shocking and unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed.

Do not go here. You will leave with a broken phone.

My iPhone 12 was severely damaged and he fixed my phone after I went to numerous places and they told me that it couldn’t be fixed.

Cracked my Samsung Galaxy S20 screen and LCD and needed it replaced ASAP as I was leaving on a holiday that afternoon. Rabin was great and expedited the repair for me so it was ready within 2 hours! Cost $430 for both the screen and LCD which is pretty good value for an S20. Would highly recommend!

Very helpful and replace my phone screen very quickly on the spot. On the next week I activated a function which i have not to do by mistake and took my phone to Phonephix and the guy help me in that. Now my phone is working good. Thanks for helping me Phonephix.

Unfortunately my ipad is now unusable after they replaced the screen. I was made to pay for this repair twice since after the first time, my ipad touch screen stopped working but they said I must have dropped it - I absolutely did not. Now its not working again to the point I can no longer touch the screen anywhere! Its completely useless. Their customer service is lovely - cant complain about that, but if you cant repair something, just say so! Wont be going back for any repairs. Be aware.
