Vincent has been our go‐to man for mobiles for more than a decade.

Despite Vincent and us relocating in opposite directions, we still travel across town to seek out his excellent and broad skills, and his cheerful assistance.

Last week it was his task to persuade a new Subaru to talk to an Android phone. It was something the factory dealer in Glen Waverley could not achieve, despite wasting a frustrating week of our time. Yet Vincent had them communicating wirelessly in just a few minutes! Had we gone to Vincent earlier, we would have saved a week's use of a paid‐for new car, and two long return‐trips across Melbourne.

Vincent is perhaps a little bit more expensive than JB or OfficeWorks, but they have no interest in doing any more taking your money and handing over a phone‐in‐a‐box. They offer no assistance whatsoever in configuring the software.

(One tip: phone Vincent a day ahead so he can obtain exactly the phone, toughened glass or accessory you require.)

Got my kids ipad repaired at this phone clinic. It was drop badly damaged. Vince repaired and restored it to brand new condition with screen cover glass protector. Couldn't asked for more. He even takes time to explain and teach us how to use the ipad. Would highly recommended this repair store to my friend and family. Good works.

They will try and get you to replace everything to get premium $. Came in 2 days ago. My Iphone charging port needed cleaning and my screen PROTECTOR was cracked. He offered to change entire charging port for $160 and change entire screen $360.

Had to explain, port just needs cleaning and it’s the screen protector, not screen. $80 to clean it and $30 for screen protector. I said yes only to the screen protector.

Went home, watched a video on YouTube and cleaned the port myself with a toothpick. Good as new and it took me 5 minutes.

Go to MKC Repairs at Camberwell Junction instead. Old mate Vince here is super dodgy and will try and scam you of your money. I asked for a written invoice for my screen repair for insurance purposes and he wanted to charge me $66 for it (clearly illegal). Went to MKC who charged less for the repair and didn't have any issues with issuing an insurance quote. They also repaired it in less than 24 hours, Vince at Phone Clinic Camberwell quoted me 3 days to get it fixed. Don't trust these guys with your phone, clearly a dodgy operation.

Friendly customer service. Not the cheapest around but high quality genuine parts and good workmanship. Happy to pay the price. You get what you pay for i guess.

Vince responded promptly to my initial enquiry and provided a quote for the screen replacement I needed.

The repairs were completed in a timely manner and my phone looks like new again!

Will happily use his services again should I have the misfortune to drop my phone again.

Vince is an awesome guy, very professional, works quick and is reasonable priced. I was looking around for a while before coming here and I'm glad I did. My Samsung S20's screen was destroyed, Vince replaced it with another authentic screen and a protector and it looks better than what it did when I originally purchased it. Thank you!

I needed to retrieve all my data from a broken Samsung S7. Vince at Phone Clinic was excellent and retrieved all my data and apps from the old phone onto the new one. Great service with results beyond my expectations and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Vince totally took care of me. I came in very distressed as my personal/work iPhone would not boot up. He fixed it over the weekend and gave me a temporary phone to use for those few days at no extra charge. My phone is now fixed and working perfectly thanks to Vince, and I was able to still do my job thanks to the phone he loaned me.

We had the additional challenge of waiting for over two months for a part to arrive from overseas during the current COVID-19 lock down. Such a long wait period would usually make a person feel anxious; however Vince kept me updated regularly on the status of the shipment which was very reassuring!
