Best friendly service, purchased an iPhone cover glass. Phone was accidentally dropped and damaged the cover.
They simply replaced it without a cost as per their replacement cover.

Great service provided in a friendly and timely manner. Competitive price replacing an iPhone SE G1 screen and battery. Best to call first to find technician availability and to confirm your phone type for a quote. I’m happy as it’s an old phone that has been repaired, although the screen may be of inferior quality to an istore Genius Bar repair (I’m guessing they do that). My finger expansion zoom doesn’t hold as long and the black point appears blueish.

Wish, I could give 0 stars. Got fast charging cable today saying it charges with in minutes. Took 4 hours to completely charge my pixel 5. Ridiculous customer service and cheaters.

They charged me $250 for screen repair of iPhone XR and said it were screen of the original Apple shop, while in reality, it was of so inferior quality.

If I buy a $20 screen online, the quality would be much better! The color and display are just far worse than you can imagine.

DO NOT EVER COME TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE HERE WHITH THESE LIARS.

Recently had 2 iphones repaired (cracked screen). Quality of work performed is good, 1 of the screens were faulty and was replaced again under warranty.
They offer different quality for screen replacement. Just keep in mind if you go for a cheaper option, the screen brightness is nowhere near as good as the original. White background has a blue tone and the touch sensitivity deteriorates which can be very annoying.
So, this place offers cheaper alternatives but if you’re very picky then get the screen replaced with a genuine or the more expensive option.

The staff at this phone store are so nice. They really care about their customers. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. I couldn't find what I was looking for at any other store except this one in Chadstone including JBHIFI.

Got my phone screen protector replaced here. Sales consultant told me it came with a free warranty for 1 replacement. It wasn’t until I looked at my tax invoice that I found out this “free” replacement was an added extra charge.
Went in months later to get my “free” replacement that I had already paid for only to find out they’re out of stock. Could not be more dissatisfied.

Don't be fooled they scam you with two screen options and is way over priced with no warranty payed $134 for iph6 when down stairs its $75. Not just that but the graphics quality is massively lowered. I'm hurting just like my bank account, also never been bothered to write a review before but i need to save you from this trap!

They sent my mobile to repair center through Australia Post & the parcel has been lost on the way. Huawei blamed Australia Post & refused to provide any solution!

Got the full screen, tempered glass screen protector installed on my iPhone X with them for $45. A very minor bump in the corner of my phone led to a small crack, and within 5 days the corner peeled into bits of glass. Showed the staff the damage with no damage to my case or phone IE. Very minor bump, staff told me it was the way I used my phone.

Have had many screen protectors and never had one break on me within a week. Certainly not how I use my phone, I suspect they use inferior product and customer blames.

Very unhappy, when plenty of other shops exist.
