Booked a ticket in 2020 but could not travel due to covid, however agent told me I can use the same ticket to travel which was all booked, I planned my holidays, took special leave from work so I can use this ticket, got to the airport just to find out that I could not travel due to the ticket being closed and the reason being it was processed for refunded without my knowledge. Even after it being refunded, the airlines had send an email to the agent stating that it was refunded before the day I was meant to travel yet the agent did not share this information with me which was disappointing. The next day Agent asked me to pay more money in order for me to travel with a new ticket. He promised me refund will come for the ticket I was meant to travel with which is yet to be received. Very poor customer service, I was helpless and would not recommend.

The agent blackmailed me for extra $1500 one day before the flight or else he would have cancelled it. Unreliable and worst Customer service ever.

Overpriced.
They charge more which I realised only after booking.
Better to use other agencies or book directly with airlines.
