I've been here 7 times with 7 different gals before today and had 3 great, 1 neutral, 2 slightly bad, and 1 horrible experience.

I went there for my 8th gal today, Adele, and decided that I had to create an account and write a review because we cannot keep letting bad girls get away with poor service. Went there one day and all girls were busy except the one named Vicky. Boss told me her services are good. Paid for 30 minutes service.

We barely had any action before she began rushing for me to end, and eventually offered to use her hands instead because she was worried we couldn't finish on time. After that, I was lying down for a little longer but she insisted time was already up and told me that I gotta go wash up.

Anyway, I came out of the room exactly on the 20th minute, including all shower time.

I had an amazing experience at this Phoenix last night! The girl were professional and the mamasan was kindly. Highly recommended!

Do not pick Coco from Malaysia she doesn’t give good service and cheat times, she will go have a shower first than you and leave you hanging, one of the worst place I have been to will not come here again, I spend more time in shower that’s the best part of this.

This is my second review here, I have visited many times to Phoenix and staff know me very well too, I definitely have to write a review about my best best girl Vicky (coincidentally we both have same names), I have been to her multiple times and she never disappointed me, now she’s like my best friend, thanks Phoenix. The place is very busy and there is no privacy in the waiting area so you will end up most likely sitting surrounded by other guys waiting for their girls. Some girls should be taught basic manners as their attitude is very bad. They are paid for sex and should treat all customers equally regardless of their race and skin colour.

Had about 10 girls when I visited and last to say hello was the cutest, Eva. Young, beautiful Chinese. Booked 45 minutes with her. Room was clean. Very satisfying time, perfect service. Would recommend Eva if I didn’t want her just for myself, lots of girls to choose from there. Will come again.

I can see why people left a negative comment on this place. But is this place really that bad? I don’t think so. The location is very private, yet it’s easy to find. The receptionist was a friendly Chinese woman when I was there. Girls were cute and good-looking. I can tell the boss here have a high standard for recruitment. All Asian. Unfortunately, the girl I had was not very experienced, and I guess that’s the reason why they gave bad review. One star reduced for that. But still, even though the performance needed to be improved, the girl still tried to please me as hard as she can. Not a bad place, generally speaking.
