Phoenix P-12 Community College reviews
10If you can don't send anyone here! This is a place of bullying and it's not just from the kids! Our experience has been terrible constant bullying nothing done & now staff bullying children as well! Zoning can be fought & it is in your & your child's best interest to fight it to the end of time. Don't let our experience be yours! Don't let your child become a statistic because a school inept attitude & not being accountable for their behaviour. Again this has been our experience for the last 5 years!
This school is basically a simulation and introduction to modern slavery and what it feels like to live under capitalism
As Hemlet once siad "“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. ” so therefore phoenix is good and bad simultainiously.the vaping problem needs fixing tho.
The teachers were incapable of teaching.most were rude and ignored students who were being bullied.got in a lot of trouble because after two weeks my headband was suddenly against the uniform and ended up being suspended for two days.had a teacher admit to caring more for the uniform.they spend millions on gyms while the students and teachers need more resources.if you're disabled in anyway you're gonna have an even worse time, its not accessible.they cant even help with anxiety.
Great school that is committed to the education of its students as well as their wellbeing. Very helpful careers coordinator and wellbeing team.
The teachers at Phoenix P-12 Community College are very nice to teach different types of subjects. My Favourite teacher is Miss Sarah Hawkes and Miss Grace Louise Blackmore. Miss Hawkes is in the cornish village and Miss blackmore is in the Bonshaw village.
The tea here is great, but I have to complete hours of work for just one cup of tea. Personally, I think "study" isn't the best choice of names for "tea hour", but that's just me.
Phoenix College has been an amazing school to grow and learn great morals and values. Phoenix not only has fantastic staff but amazing facilities for the students to learn. Couldn’t recommend Phoenix enough!
My kids are happy here, there is no more issues than at other schools, Staff are active in addressing concerns.
The school is over populated, classes are over flowing and the students are paying for it.its gotten so bad that grade 5 and 6 classes got moved to the senior campus.due to the mass amounts of students, bullying is a big problem.the student to teacher ratio is off so teachers struggle to control classes.bullying is everywhere, even the younger grade 5's and 6's are miss behaved, I've seen grade 6's use racial slurs and even younger grade 5's drop the f bomb. I'm not going to blame the school entirely for that but those things wouldn't have happen with more teachers around.they school has some 1200 students but not enough room or teachers to teach and support students.although the schools teachers are mostly pretty good, with the occasional bad egg here and there.
