Pho was delicious. North Vietnam style which is a good different taste to the regular Pho.

The restaurant was nice and clean.service was great.

A good place for Nothern Vietnamese style pho, which is stir fried beef pho. One thing to note is the owner likes to turn on loud Vietnamese remixed traditional music so if you’re after a quiet and peaceful meal, you might want to reconsider.

I ordered beef pho. It was served in quick speed but soup was only lukewarm. In fairness the bean sprouts felt warm which to me is good. Beef tripe was quite tough though. Soup wasn't great tasting- a bit bland and powder-tasting, I'd give it 4/10 score. Knowing some Asian stores only take cash, I asked as soon as I walked in if they accept eftpos. They said yes. But when paying, guy suddenly says eftpos not working and i have to pay using PayID. I refused. I ended up paying eftpos still. We didn't finish the food so I asked for 2 take away containers which they charge $1 each. Go figure.

Ordered the red wine beef pho, not your average typical Vietnamese pho, Pho Thin is Pho from the North, the broth is more subtle. I enjoyed the soup however I did not love the beef. Quick and friendly customer service. Only criticism is not enough noodles. However I will be back, when craving for a hot bowl of pho!

Best pho I’ve ever tasted. Broken rice was Delish. Clean small viet resto. Staff are very accomodating and always smiling.

I’ve been eating here for many times but everytime I come I notice the chilli sauce in the pot is kind of bubbling and smell sour. The chinese donut never warm up, they promote for $1? I believe. Then just gave us a cold hard stick. This time I takeaway a Pho with the sauce go with it, i see the sauces they gave me a bit weird, the chilli sauce bubbling and taste like alcohol.

Place has gone downhill since opening. The pho flavour isn’t as good as their CBD branch. They got a simple order wrong, I ordered a beef pho (it was written on recipe aswell) and was given a chicken pho. The place was dead on a Sunday morning when other pho places were packed with diners. Unbelievable how they can get an order wrong when not busy. Told them over the phone that order given is incorrect and they didn't care LOL.

I had a very bad experience. The quality doesn't match with the price. They didn't even warm up Chinese doughnut sticks. It's like they took it out from the fridge and served.

Clear rich stock cooked overnight to develop its flavours, a reminder of arguably the best pho in Hanoi and a side of the infamous dau chao quay to dip into the aromatic broth. When they first opened, it was good. But the quality of food and service here have gone down so much. Last time I was here I couldn’t finish half the bowl. Waiters treated us like they didn’t want us there. Not coming back

My family loves eating Pho here and always feel pleasant. The broth is full of flavour as it should be, making me feel like home. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great place to enjoy authentic Northern style Pho.

Not many variety, we had chicken noodle soup, tasted ok, good environment, not busy, unisex toilet

Broth was average, spring rolls had 70% filling and no bowl size options. Service was good though.

This is my first time at Pho Phin and I will never come back. I had to wait more than 45 minutes for my breakfast. A middle aged woman took my order and I'm pretty sure she is the manager here because I heard her tell the staff that someone took my order and didn't do it but she actually took it. I have never met a bad manager like that.

Pho was good but the service needs to be improved. Seems like the restaurant was run by a groups of kids who didn’t have any training on customer services or didn’t care about service at all.

Not a single complaint about the food but the customer service was probably one of the worst!

+ Really great Pho Broth and everything except the chinese donut is cooked well.
- However there isn't a lot of pho varieties you would usually find in an authentic pho restaurant such as beef combination with beef balls. They also don't have the sauces such as hoisin sauce lying out on the table as you have to ask for it.
- Service is also lacking, had to call the waitress multiple times to get their attention.
- Don't know why but the chinese donut was very hard.
