Love this Hanoi style pho in springvale. The broth is the star here - always warming, always full of flavour and always consistent. Truly a pho you can depend on. My favourite thing to do here is load up on the pickled garlic and spicy sauce.

The girl servicing here behaved rudely. We entered before another group of three guests. When we asked her about a table to sit at, she said the other group arrived first. We then found a table ourselves, and she seemed to think we didn't follow the order. She served the other group first. It was rude. I won't come back again. The young girl with long hair attended to us. I visited on Thursday (04/Jan/24) at around 1 pm. You can review the camera footage to confirm. It was an unpleasant experience.

Dropped in for a pho lunch with mates and I used the chilli sauce instead of the fresh cut chillies after my chilli loving mate tried them and warned me. Simple menu choices made it easy. Great lunch and $15.50 wasn’t too bad.

We ordered two bowls of pho (stir fry beef and beef brisket). The stir fry beef was tender and with a nice wok flavour to it and the brisket wasn’t too fatty and was cooked to tender as well. The broth was clean and it wasn’t too oily compare to some other pho restaurants. Food came out quick (within 5mins). The staffs were friendly and helpful. The price for two bowls of pho were $31, would recommend to others because the quality of the pho is good here. The restaurant looks clean and bright overall.

The go to pho place in Springdale, but it's many for pho do keep that in mind. I got the brisket only pho and the party got the spicy combo, bbh. Some fried donuts on the side and it was a great meal.

What I like about this place compared to other of the area is a deeper richer broth that is darker and more "beefy" less reliant on fish source or toppings to carry it. My ideal pho.

Size is decent and the option for extra noodles isn't bad, but it does throw off the flavors a bit be warned.

Customer service is not bad, tentative and aware of the work floor so not bad.

Food 8/10
Cost $$$ 7/10
Service 7/10
Fried donuts dunked in broth 10/10

It is better than Pho Thin in CBD. The soup and the beef here are very flavourful rather than inconsistent and sometimes bland flavour in CBD branch.

I like the vibe here, not too crowded where you can sit and talk to friends rather than rushing to finish and leave the place like in CBD to let others occupy the seats.

However, the presentation is less attractive than the CBD branch where the meat is not placed altogether in the centre of the bowl, giving the feeling that it only has a few pieces of stir fried beef.

The staff is okay. Tea is really good.

When they're just started, the Pho was phenomenal. The broth was meaty, full of flavour, generous serving of meat and vegies. Now, not so much, the broth was thin and salty, a few pieces of meat here and there.

In an area where there is a lot of competition, please go somewhere else if you want a fulfilling meal.

We had beef pho and bun bo hue here last week. The menu was limited to just pho and a small selection of drinks.
We were pleasantly surprised how tasty the broth was even though there was no msg.
We got a good amount of meat and really enjoyed our dish. We were so full afterwards as the portion was quite generous.
We also like their Vietnamese iced coffee was really delicious, strong coffee taste & just the right amount of sweetness.
The service could be improved but other than that we have no complaints and will happily go back.

One of the best pho in Melbourne, and competes for hotly contested first place in Springvale - pleasant interior compared to most other Springvale Vietnamese restaurants, the menu is small - you can really only have pho or goi coun here.

I’m a huge pho lover. I’ve been to at least 20 different pho places across 4 countries, and can say the 01 stir fried beef pho is the absolute best pho I’ve had. I would visit Melbourne again on the for my Pho Thin and Lune fix

Food is fine but the staff are unfriendly. They don't care of customers. I don't want to visit again.

Good Pho and non msg broth. Enjoy eating here, table layout is good. Only issue is with digesting the pho. More than 50% times of coming here we have bad digestion. Same thing happened when took our friend here. Could be due to unhygienic practice in restaurant.

Wasnt true pho, not really sure what they put in their broth but it did not taste like pho.workers were munching on food whilst serving customers, tea but no cups, sauce in one table but not the other… im not a picky eater and think all pho practically taste the same no matter where i go so me saying that this pho didnt taste like pho defs says something.the menu was strange, wasnt the traditional pho dat biet etc.i came with a group of 6 and no one was able to finish the meal.

Compare to the one in the city, this one even worse
also I've known you guys are involving to some dramatic legal issues about copyrights with the founder of this brand, as known as the famous uncle Thin in VietNam. Anyway, just want to recommend everyone stop coming here to support this sketchy business and boycott them!
Good luck.

I expected the BBH to not be spicy because normally the broth looks red but this version was not. It was actually quite spicy. I regretted adding extra chilli! I had lots of meat, salad, and noodles! Tasted great

Great hot bowl of pho especially when it's cold. Not recommended if you like bland flavour traditional phở.

Pho was really good with clear soupy umami broth (no msg as it claimed), spring roll was so so.

Always visit here whenever I crave pho. I love their tasty and clean broth. Eating spring roll with some vegetables is so so refreshing and delicious. My favourite dishes are Combination pho and Prawn spring rolls. They give you some hot tea and it is very nice too.

It's in Springvale so parking is always trouble some during the peak time. I usually do some grocery shopping after having meal here. There are big fruit and vegetables stores in the same building.

A visit to the renowned Pho Thin, Springvale (also in CBD) to try the Hanoi original, ”Stir-Fries Up” Rare Beef Phở, their signature dish. We also ordered some prawn spring rolls and they were possibly the best I’ve ever had and their Phở was definitely the best I’ve experienced, healthy, and no MSG. It was so flavoursome and didn’t need additional condiments to enhance the flavour. Delicious!
A couple more visits and still impressed with their spring rolls and the Phở however it's not loaded with spring onion as it used to be and the flavour not quite up there but still great.
