I come here very often, always order Mix pho (Brisket, Fat Brisket, Tendon). Pho Thin is most and only authentic Vietnamese Pho in Melbourne

Delicious food, easy to eat, eat 2 bowls a day and not get bored. The staff is cute, but I don't know if there are many stories or not. The broth was average, noodles cooked perfectly, the beef stir fry was good, and the portion size was also good. The food was delivered very quickly. Overall, the experience was average. I might recommend it as well.

This time I ordered a combination of three types of meat to choose from, SF rare beef (fried, heavily seasoned, tender and juicy), brisket (lighter in taste, tender and sweeter), and fat brisket (compared to the regular ones) There are many rings of fat, less meat and a bit dry). Personally, brisket is my favorite.
The original soup has no taste. Various seasonings and lemon flavorings are provided. It is good to adjust it by yourself. Be sure to top it up. There is also a lot of coriander and green onion in the soup. If you don't like it, remember to choose not to add it when ordering.
The pho is average and nothing special.
To put it simply, this is a pretty good pho, but not particularly amazing and a must-try.

This pho is worth waiting in line! The food came out quickly as soon as ordered it. The broth is really thick and delicious. Warm soup is the best in cold weather these days

Bad bad bad experience.
1. Need to choose a seat before ordering, but after ordering, I found that the seat was occupied and forced to change to a small position, which was very crowded
2. The manager or the restaurant owner directly grabbed my clothes with wet hands, and there was a pool of water stains directly on the clothes
3. No cash paid just because no change
4. Vietnamese flour is not delicious, the powder is boiled rotten and the taste is not authentic.
5. The amount is very small, and as a girl I feel that I have not eaten enough.

Great taste! A bit small portion but everything was nice, got a waiter help me to change table when it was raining. Good experience here!

Friend recommended. They have a pretty small menu and is definitely a bit of the pricier side. Overall pho was good as I prefer food that doesn’t have too strong of a taste. The broth they had was perfect for me. A bit different to all other pho/Vietnamese places I’ve been to.

First meal in Melbourne and was super yummy and warming. The broth is yummy and there’s tons of spring onions. I ordered the fat brisket but it was slightly too fat for me. Still super yummy don’t get me wrong, just my mistake for getting the fat brisket instead of the normal one. The iced Viet coffee was super yummy and the ice tea was pretty good too. Only downside is there was too much ice

Pho is good but the soup is not hot enough. Just feel warm, so the rare beef is still red. Wish the soup is hotter.

Mix (SF Beef+brisket) with extra chicken, extra coriander and extra spring onions plus Vietnamese ice coffee!

No time to waste, no time to meet and greet…. Straight to service and it was quick! Fresh and subtle flavour, not too overpowering, not too much going on and not too complicated but definitely hits the spot and nailed the balance!

Plenty of seats available inside and out was packed in no time but was flowing, there was a line during dinner but the wait was not long.

There is a few flights of stairs so might be difficult for wheelchair and pram assess.

Probably the best pho’ I have tasted, very impressive and the crowded house speaks for itself!

The flavour is nice but the service is horrable. I have to wait for 30 minutes for the food.

A bit different atmosphere since moving into the new premises across the road. Loses the street food vietnamese feel a little.
Having just come back from a month in Vietnam was l comparing flavour and taste from the travels. Pretty good.

It’s days rare beef in the menu but he beef were all well done when it’s serve. Not a single bit of redness. Maybe they should just sell it as slice beef.

Taste more like beef soup instead of pho.
Not much basil taste, no beansprouts.

Pretty disappointed! Portions are small. Has the beef. Soup base very watered down and the amount of MSG was noticeable. Walked away needing another meal. No side condiments. Only lemon and chillie.

As a Vietnamese, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Bad customer service, disrespectful to customer and very bad quality of food. It’s a shame that they call it Pho.

Delicious and traditional Pho Noodle soup from northern Vietnam. Service was fast and prices were affordable. Portion size was average but the broth is perhaps one of the best I have ever tasted.

I normally prefer the more beefier stock commonly used in Pho recipes from Southern Vietnam, but this one has definitely impressed me.
