The value for money is not here. The soups are more expensive and the amount of food is smaller than other restaurants.

They don't drain the water off the lettuce when getting spring rolls, so they sit in a pile of water and get soggy underneath.

Had lunch here today with family of 5. The large combo pho with beef is so awesome we will come back for more. The vermicelli with stew pork hock is a huge portion, but could be too strong for some. The meat is tender and melts in the mouth. I love the spare ribs congee too, but the pho is the best!

The quality has gone downhill. Unprofessional staff - she gave me just the bowl of pho without bean sprouts and went on to serve other customers. I had to go to the counter to ask for the bean sprouts myself.

Ordered the beef pho for myself via Door Dash. Between the broth, noodles, beef and condiments it came in SIX plastic containers. Food was actually quite nice but I could never order it again knowing it causes so much waste!

Recommend Vermicelli with spring roll. The cold rice noodles feel similar to cold noodles, and the spring rolls are also delicious.

Arrived at 8: 20pm on Thursday the 27/11. Was greeted by a server and told to sit on table 7. Few moments later a female server came out and said “it’s takeaway only at this time” whilst there were 3 tables still eating and the table next to me just got their food. Sign said closes at 9 - was told to get take away or to leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ate here on two occasions, a bit on the salty side for the broth. I would continue to eat here if it wasn't for the tad salty broth as my two kids under 3 it's best to have less sodium in their diet. I would recommend this place cause it's so convenient for braybrook.

Pho Sac a small vietnamese Pho joint on the outskirt of Centralwest shopping center. Extensive choice of Pho but very less/ limited choice if you wanted any other dish. Place was quiet so the service was quick. The Food tasted amazing and ended up finishing the whole bowl. They even do give you sizes of bowl to choose from so if you like decent portion size you can choose accordingly. Something they could improve on were definately staff being more attentive and welcoming as I asked few question regarding their menuband she just walked away without saying anything. But overall the food was amazing and the pricing on point.

ORDERED:
 (10) Beef Pho / Pho Bo: and choose up to 4 types of meat from sliced beef (tái), beef flank (nạm), fatty brisket (gầu), beef tendon (gân), tripe (sách), beef ball (bò viên), beef cartilage (sụn bò) ($15.50 for a small bowl)

REVIEW:
My favourite part of Pho Sac is their customisation. Being able to choose up to 4 types of meat to go into your pho bo is literally soooo good. Typically pho places give you the 1 type of meat (boring) or if you're lucky, maybe 2!
The fact that you're able to choose 4 blows my mind. They also give you the option of having your bean sprouts raw and crunchy, or you can ask them to briefly steam it for you so it's not as snappy. I definitely went for the latter - there's something harsh in raw beansprouts that makes me unfavourably think of celery.

Loved the recommendation from my friend to go here. It's not fancy by any means, but the service is attentive and they're friendly. Located in the Braybrook shopping area (but not part of the main complex), there's tonnes of parking so it's a fuss free experience.

Delicious Pho and always busy. Need more staff on as they forgot our order. But great pho can't complain.

Bad customer service I have received today on 24/09 at around 10: 30am as I entered. Not a word had been spoken from the staff who wearing glasses, from the moment of handing the menu to when taking order and finally giving changes. Not a single "welcome", not a single "thank you", not a "please come again". She was wearing mask, I was unsure if there was a smile underneath that mask but I could be certain, there would not be one. A complete silent from the staff who provided the service, like a muted person. If she was a disability, I could be more understandabe.

This is our local and we love it! They have some really interesting alternatives to pho, like the beef stew with rice noodles - so much slow cooked tender meat, great on a cold night - and the vermicelli with meat balls which has great flavours and textures. I’ve never seen either dish elsewhere. It’s also spacious, clean l, quick and I love that it’s open for a late breakfast. My boyfriend is also a huge fan of the wild rice and yogurt dessert.

Once you try this place it actually makes sense why they call it "the original pho", every taste is there in its own right, not just some ready made store sauce. Very delicious! The menu even has options not available everywhere, like young eggs! Finally the staff give excellent service! What more could you want? Go and try for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Overall experience is very poor, can be summarised with poor communication and inconsistency.

Ordered 2 combos: Pho tai nam (rare beef and briskets), Pho Ga (chicken), 2x pork spring rolls and 2 vietnamese coffee.

Pho tai nam: almost as if they gave me all the leftover bits. The beef is all tendons and chewy, parts are over cooked, similar to when you microwave takeaway pho. The briskets was good, but all the pieces I received were the fatty end pieces; which I do like but I would appreciate some meat. Lastly the soup was bland as a result the noodle was just as bland. Couldn’t commit 0/5

Pho Ga: good, chicken cooked well. No complaints but nothing special 3/5

Pork spring roll: very crunchy, fried well but very strong taste of pork, I personally couldn’t eat it, my partner didn’t mind it too much, thought admittedly I’d a bit strong for her taste. Depending on preference, too strong for the average person, but I can see my parents really enjoying it. 2/5

Vietnamese coffee: great, very difficult to go wrong, strange that my partner’s cup had 50% more than mine, might be pretty girl privilege, might be the ice deceiving us. Bit bitter for my partner but I really enjoyed it. May be biased to my personal taste 4/5

Service: here is the nail on the coffin. We went around lunch time, bit busier with only 2 servers on the floor. The male server seems unfamiliar with the menu, probably still new. When ordering we asked what size is the combo he advised any size for $17. Obviously picked large, at the end of the meal I also got an extra Vietnamese coffee to go. When the bill came it shows $49. I spoke with the female server, $17+$17+drink= $49? She advised that the combos in reality was $20, maths still didn’t add up. She called her manager who was happy to charge us the price advised by the male server. Bill ended up being $40, $17+$17+ $6 (1 extra Vietnamese coffee). At the end, paid $40, only ate 5 pieces briskets, had 2 Vietnamese coffees, came home hungry.

Overall experience 1/5, food ranged from un-edible to okay. Might return for the coffee.

Love the flavor of the stir-fried beef soup, however it is not consistent from their kitchen, it is tasteless sometimes.

I just got discharged from the hospital and needed some comfort food. This has satisfied all my cravings and brought back fond memories when I was living in Vietnam. Highly recommend!
