Pho No.1

Very neat and nice set up family own local restaurant, great and chilled atmosphere. The owner and staffs are very friendly kind and helpful, fresh and dedicated made food, the greatest thing is the broth that took more than 10 hours slow boiling to make and without msg, the portion is very decent especially the beef are the topest tier around Melbourne I ever had, really solid rice noodles that won't get mushy too,
And even better is Most of the dishes are fully Customisable according to the customers personal liking, definitely a perfect place to chillax & enjoy traditional and modernised Vietnamese pho

Everything is good including taste, flavors and service.
But they should have just ask me the size of the food.

Used to visit weekly as it was my favorite restaurant. Visited again today for the first time in a while and was very disappointed by the chicken pho, not at all how it used to taste.

Beef pho here was great. I had big bowl of it and can’t barely walk. The quantity and quality you get here will surprise you

Our go to place love the place staff very friendly and nice. Could have a few more rice dishes however still would return.

First time being asked if we would like to have raw or cooked bean sprouts at a pho restaurant. Love fresh beef tendons and they’re very generous with them too! Broth was really comforting and delicious. Thought to get a prawn spring rolls as a side and they were all finished in few minutes So good!

Decided to check this place out because Pho Huong Vuong was packed, with a long queue. Tasty soup, generous portion, clean restaurant. Price is slightly higher than surrounding places but worth it because the place is clean.

Good Vietnamese food. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Highly recommend the combination broken rice, special beef pho and pork & spring roll vermicelli salad. Would definitely come back the next time we are after Vietnamese food.

Clean interior as well as good food with reasonable prices. I think they accept only cash not sure be better prepare some cashie.

It is a wonderful place to have the meal at here. Staffs are polite and the meal is very large. I come out with 1kg more before I went inside.haha

My wife and had the same dish but it wasn't what I had expected with not much flavour and l ordered a drink which was made up of more ice than avocado

Tried Pho, rice noodles salad and spring rolls which are amazing to it own merits! Broth for the pho is superb (I tried many pho and broth), stands out from the rest, sliced beef are cooked tender and size is worth the price (enough for an average big eater). Rice noodles salad is big serving, lemongrass pork is delicious. Spring rolls are one of my big favorites from this joint, can't get enough of them.

Atmosphere and ambiance is nice and clean. Highly recommended this restuarant, should give it a try if you are in the area.

Went here because a friend chose it. Place is like most other places, minimally decorated. Price is somehow rather pricier than other pho places. Tried shaking beef for the first time. It was mildly flavoured beef, so you have to have it with the sauce they gave you - i think it was soy sauce with mustard? I might be wrong. Came with a little bowl of soup that tastes just like pho soup, so that was nice. Beef was cooked nicely. But yes every dish and pho costs $17 or more which I think is rather high.

Was very nice meal. Great friendly customer service, made to feel welcome. Prices are good. Nice clean restaurant.

The price is reasonable, not pricey as it comes up with a big bowl in size small + good-quality meat

I love the pho broth. Very nice. Visited yesterday and Place looked packed and under staffed, but the foods still come out quick and hot.

Went for a family dinner, it was a nice and clean restaurant!
We ordered 3 large bowls of pho that was easily shared between 4 people!
The service was fast and friendly & the food portions were huge for the price which is awesome!

I would definitely recommend dining here, no left overs could be found as the food was delicious.

Pho was quick to arrive and all the dishes had generous serving sizes. The grilled pork in the vermicelli noodle dish was pretty good but the spring rolls could have been better. Prices were reasonable. Good selection of dishes and drinks.

Best pho in Springvale in my opinion, broth tastes more authentic and less msg than some other pho places. Pho tastes fresh, the place is clean including its side dishes and sauces. Love the pickled onion and egg yolk in pho broth.
