It's all about the food here. Cafe tables are functional and the outlook is nothing special. The staff are friendly and efficient

Been here a few times, primarily for Pho but get the Spring Rolls as well.
Pho is offered in 2 sizes which is good especially if you want to share & get something else as well.
Service can be slow but that's always hit & miss in these types of venues.
At the end of the day, it's all about the food & that's good

Always enjoy coming for they combination chicken and beef special. Always warm the heart. Get busy during lunch time but well worth it

Was charged $35 for one serve of vegetables and small steamed rice when menu said it should have been $23.50

Came here to eat dinner and ordered banquet for 3 people but the portion of each dish is not really generous, definitely not enough for 3 people. If you’re hungry, don’t order the banquet. Definitely disappointed. 10% increased with food prices, 50c for take away container plus small servings.

We ordered and paid for 4 noodles and we found we received three noodles. That's ok, everyone makes mistakes. But they turned around to say that they cooked the missing noodle and if we want to come and get it, come and get it. They even ended the call twice, what!? !?

It's very plain inside so not much in terms of decor but the service is warm and friendly. Food was reasonable, but a bit pricey and then to find out at the register they're adding another 10% because of food costs is a bit much! This sort of thing really needs to be revealed at the time of placing an order rather than later on when you're paying the bill! So, overall, it ended up way too expensive for what it was.
Also, if you need to go to the toilet you have to go around the back and down some dodgy side lane to get there! Not very safe at night for vulnerable folks, so if you're going to visit try not to have to go to the loo!

They charge 10% for "inflation" without notifying me in advance. Disgusting! Dishonest!

Had a dinner here on a Monday as my usual pho place next door is closed on Mondays. Had their pho with meatballs only, small portion but it came out much smaller than expected. Very stingy on the meatballs (see pictured, hadnt eaten it although put some chili oil already). Broth has nice flavour though. Chili oil is super duper hot. One teaspoon was actually too hot. Their grilled pork on the Bun was quite nice. Our entree came really late and only after asked, I would say they probably forgot about it. The waiter said because they only have one chef, but I would say they just forgot it because we finished eating our main and it still didnt come up. Anyway, the entree of salt & pepper tofu was nice, rather subtle on the spice but I like the tofu texture, nice and soft inside. Overall I think next door has a better value than this one, but still a good pho other than portion issue. I was still hungry after finishing my pho, lucky we got entree too after but slight expensive dinner

Worst experience ever. The place was busy as the next door was closed. Took 15 mins to place an order and the waitress was very distracted when she was taking order. We were 4 people and only 3 dish served. Asked the waitress 3 times if another pho is coming and she said it's on the way without checking.it turned out she took the wrong order with 3 dishes only. Even one of the size was served wrong but we had whatever was served. She blamed us placed the wrong order saying its not her fault without any apologies as she confirmed the order which she didn't. We were so upset at ger attitude and left the place without finishing the meal. She completely ruined the night.never ever going back.

Third time we have driven 20min to get here when it has been closed despite the website stating it is supposed to be open. After years of loyalty we have finally learnt our lesson and will be taking our business somewhere else.

Nice food, Staff are friendly, but they seem short staffed. Uncleared table's, table's waiting for menus, tables waiting to order. Overall nice place.

We love eating here. Always tasty and hot. Lovely service. Chicken Pho and salty chicken rice are our favourites.

Just Ordered a broken rice from this place, there's a living fly in the food. Obviously the fly flew away once I open the box, and then I was disgusted by this view, then I threw away the food in the bin. Requested a refund from the restaurant, they ask me to dig the food from the bin and bring it back to them to get a refund. Bruh, why would I dig the stupid bin food just to get a freaking refundbfrom u guys. Weird. Not recommended.

Very disappointed, it was a very hot day and the owner refused to turn on the aircon and quoted that she then won't be able to leave door open for covid. Another table complained but she ignored the request.

We ordered the pork vermicelli noodles and the pork portions were like crumbs and had been refried. Their sauce was very watery and couldn't taste much. Didn't even finish and left.

Definitely won't be back.

My favourite Vietnamese food in the Eastern suburbs. Food is amazing, friendly staff and affordable prices. Can’t go wrong.

Nice and comfortable seating for a bowl of pho, not too crowded which is great
Orders prawn and pork pho & vermicelli with springroll and roasted pork, both tasted yummy!
Quick service, lots of free parking next to it, lots of food selection, will revisit

This place does not take responsibility for mistakes or compensate. Hour and a half wait for order covid times I understand but to receive all food cold apart from 1 item. Over $120 worth of food 11/2 hour wait for lady to say sorry. Terrible service

Reasonable price and delicious pho. The clean and tidy environment is pleasant; the pho is delicious when used with the sauce on the side.

Toilet need to go outside from the front door and it is at the back of the shop, footpath is too dark outside and not safe.
