Pho Huong Viet 4

I would be very concerned about the food safety at this restaurant. Ordered Chicken Pho here as a delivery order and whilst it tasted fine at the time gave me severe food poisoning about 5 hours later. Obviously the chicken was left out for a prolonged period of time before being cooked. Do not recommend, steer clear.

Is a Absolutely Fantastic Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant with so many delicious items on the menu! A personal favourite for me is the Clay Pot Pork

My pho was tasteless more like boiling water and the ingredients not fresh at all. Hard to get attention to be served.

This place is really terrible to worst Custer service and misunderstandings with customers orders ever!

I ordered my meals on door dash with them 3 times in one day all three they missed my items and messed them! I called up the third time in tears sole with the manger who said oh sorry we’re closing we will give you a discount the next time you come, I came all the way ther to let them know the massive in convenience they caused they said sorry we’ll make it in person, the service was very average they did not seem to care about the errors at the end when I went to pay my bill they ended up wanting to charge me for $5 of an extra side sauce! They tried to say off but we won’t charge you for it! I said I am only here as the manger the other day said come in to make up for it and we will discount for the salad to take it off the bill he said I’ve given you a 10% discount how pathetic! 10% that meant taking of a small side sauce they tried to charged for which is for free in another normal good Resturant not to mention the terrible service!

Do not ever coke here only if you want to waste your money time and meals and staff messing up your order Ans night constantly! Terrible disgusting and atrocious service worst I have seen!

I can't believe it! I used to dine in at this place every now and then, but let me tell you, the quality of the food has been going downhill. I mean, seriously, it's been terrible lately. Today, I decided to order their mixed vermicelli tray, and boy was I disappointed. I had to leave half of it untouched because none of the meats were fresh, not even the vermicelli itself! And as if that wasn't enough, my husband's bowl of pho was completely tasteless. I'm just so frustrated and upset about this whole situation. It's really disheartening, but honestly, I don't think I'll ever come back to this place again.

Was told to leave for an assistance animal. After trying to explain it and record the interaction the staff were very hostile and angry. Told I wasn't allowed to film or have the animal.

After they finally allowed me to stay they would not take my order.

Had the ta bin lo pho Bo ga n the bun coun. The beef was thick n chewy. Its preparation was poor. Theyve used beef that was left out too long and bloody. You can smell and taste it. The #45 bun cuon. This is from a packet you buy in the shops and microwaved. The noodles still hard and little cold. Worst still the pork on the side was cold! I’m not referring to the gia which is meant to be cold. Anyway can get better elsewhere.

Have been there many times. Always love their food. I always have their hot and sour soup from Carnegie and today I tried the same from Bentleigh and it was entirely different. It was great but I like the Carnegie one better. Rest everything was perfect.
Would be nice if there is some music in the place as atmosphere gets too dry.

Pretty good food, the restaurant may benefit from some improvements in the atmosphere department. Reasonable prices too.

Pho, and calamari were very nice, honey chicken was not, very thick dry batter, tasted old. Service was lacking.

Big fans of the Box Hill branch but this was underwhelming.

Two of us ordered pho and spring rolls.
I got #1 chicken and beef and friend got beef and tendons.

All was very tasty. Great to get Vietnamese condiments and lettuce and mint and bean sprouts, fresh chilli etc.

Medium pho is really big and filling!
Apparently the kitchen didn't get my order right first time but I only had to wait 2 minutes for my bowl to come out.

Place is simple but clean with a few nice photos of Vietnam. Plenty of seating but nothing fancy! Service was polite and basic.

Prices are very reasonable.
LOADS of pho options for the brave/ Vietnamese and simple ones for those who are not so brave!

Ordered a Bun Bo Hue for takeaway and some of the pork was spoiled, had a sour smell and the colour looked off

Mediocre food, inatentive staff, and horrible service are the reason why this place is always quiet. There are way better places around for authentic Vietnamese cuisines

First time trying this place and it was beautiful, customer service is great and the food was even better

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Apart from menus, no one bothered to come get our order outside. Place was no where near full, plates dishes left on empty tables for ages. If your in a hurry, too bad. Food might be good but we will never know….

Good authentic Vietnamese cuisine - we tried 5 different dishes & they were all good

Had the best, most satisfying raw beef pho. And the most remarkable thing was that my chesty cough, which I'd had for weeks, immediately cleared up. I KNEW pho was medicinal as well as a delicious.

Been there many times, actually was there opening night many years ago. Went last week on the Monday night. Never go Monday as the head chef is day off. Had a beef dish, and the steak was very chewy, not soft as it should be. I should have went for my normal dish, PHO.

Staff friendly and was receptive to my feedback.

Couldn’t have wished for a better mid week dinner- special beef pho glad they had the small size here!

Couldn't organise their way out of a paper bag. Food was much delayed despite others getting larger orders of food in half the time.
