Pho Hung Vuong Clayton reviews
39 I got their iced coffee and it was the best one I’ve tried yet. It had everything I could’ve asked for: cold, bitter, creamy and only $5.
But make sure you have cash on you.
Consistently good pho! This branch is a lot more spacious than the Springvale one. A medium pho is $16 and a drink is $5. They have the standard condiments: fish sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, xo sauce. There's complimentary hot tea.
Amazing pho that is value for money.
The large pho is huge and hard to finish.
Expect to spend ~$20 here.
Still not tried Springvale’s one as this one located near me. This is the best Pho I tried in Melbourne so far.
A bit noisy for the restaurant’s children when it is not school day. But it is understandable for a family business.
Pho broth is flavourful but not overpowering like some other restaurant’s. Easily gets addicted to and keeps wanting for more. No physical menu. Just a simple big menu on the wall. Was confused at first but the server explained that they’re of similar broth base but with different combinations of ingredients. After first try you’ll get to understand why they don’t need to offer a elaborate menu because the basic is already a winner.
The 3-colour drink is a must try if you like sweet & thick coconut drink.
I don't have any picture of what I have ordered because every time the pho smells and looks so good that by the time I remember I need a photo I already ate it. I have been here once every week since its opening and it never fails to be absolutely freaking delicious and fill up the stomach. I recommend everything on the menu but specifically I would say to try beef and brisket and the lot. Definitely eat here!
Amazing phó! We got the rare beef and were blown away from the flavour! The restaurant itself is well decorated and the service was great!
It is one of the better locations we have been to. There is more space than the springvale location. The food is just as good and consistent. Great pho!
Amazing pho
Same quality as their Springvale store
The place is a lot more spacious but the service was a bit slow
I'm really picky with my pho broth and the soup I ordered was absolutely delicious, full flavored yet clean on the palate, I usually let the soup itself shine without adding anything else like hoisin sauce and it was perfect on its own. I'm obsessed with fatty brisket and the meat was so tender and flavorful. The noodles were also springy and held together well, I just had a pho in Richmond and in comparison, it was nowhere near as good as this.
Busy place but definitely great bowl of pho though service seem to be slow and possible not enough staff. Line seen during weekends so just prepare for a bit of a wait
Some really good and authentic pho.
They've kept it simple and easy to order, and although a fairly limited menu, it's one that does the job and keeps the customers content.
The service is always fairly quick and the pho is always so fresh. I've been here a few times and will continue to!
This place has the best Bún bò Huế in the south eastern suburbs. Both the beef and chicken pho, broken rice are also really good. Been eating here for 2 years now and haven’t had anything I didn’t like
This place is cash only, which in this day and age seems unacceptable. Pho broth is very dark, meat is very scant and the sriracha sauce has been completely watered down to the point it comes out the bottle like a dripping tap. Seems like they cut corners. Only redeeming quality is food comes out extremely fast.
Food is fantastic here. I love the BLT and the ice vietnamese coffee. Reasonable price. Service can be a bit up and down, which can be a turn off. My recent ice coffee, they couldnt put any more ice in can they? !? !? !
The Pho here is top top quality, tastes delicious. I definitely recommend coming here to eat, can't go wrong.
Nothing on the menu other than Pho. Soup base was good but couldn't accommodate a request not to add onions. Good food, poor service.
This’s the best choice for who want Vietnamese traditional noodle soup. With the refined soup from beef meat, it tastes so nice. This shop i always come when pho stick in my mind, this shop is my first choice.
This place is the same taste as Springvale Pho Hung Vuong. I always wanted to have some variety except noodle soup. I mean this shop's noodles are great but sometimes I want a different meal. Anyway, Clayton shop has 3 different meals; can't remember all but I ordered Chinese deep-fried bread. It was a good combination with noodle soup.
Ok I wanted to give 3.5 but I can't. The pho here is good, the noodle is silky and the broth is clear and whole, which IMHO is how it should be. The cost a jump a jit because of the whole covid thing but it is still ok, still a good meal.
