Nice food, nice inside, good for Melton. The price of my dinner was fair
I did notice customers struggling to understand the lady taking orders. It's called rice, not ri and you pay by cash or card, not you pay cat or car. Sorry I'm not been mean but English is a must when you are dealing with customers.

Overall this is a neat place to get nice Vietnamese dishes. They’re fast and very attentive. Some dishes were ‘ok’ and some were nice. Their price is good too.

Tasty Vietnamese cuisines and catered for our big family catch up. There's a large selection of tasty Vietnamese cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the clay hot pot. Others we enjoyed were the spring rolls, rice vermicelli bowl, and a large pho. Too bad they didn't have any snoothies tonight, though. Service was fast and friendly, prices are affordable, and we enjoyed the casual restaurant atmosphere. Overall, it was a good experience.

Worst Vietnamese I’ve ever had!
First of all bad customer service by staff
running around like headless chickens as if it’s busy when there’s no customers and even had an argument with some customers before we were served.
When we sat down our chairs were broken also everything tastes watered down even the hoisen sauce.
If I could give 0 stars I would because I’ll never be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever! YUCK

My husband and I love this restaurant that every Saturday we come here. Pho is so authentic and amazingly delicious?

Horrible. Horrible service, ignored by the older female worker multiple times. Then ordered my food and what I received was disgusting. Asked for udon noodles, received two minute packet thin noodles, asked for just oyster sauce and received a bowl of oil/water and the noodles with carrots in it. I originally ordered "udon oyster sauce thick noodles tossed with vegetables and sliced beef. " Never again.

Pho XL here is unbelievable! What a find. Beats any pho at St Albans or Sunshine. New favorite place on this side of town. Well done chef

Delicious food, friendly staff, quick to come out and reasonably priced.
Great atmosphere.

I ordered half duck and got so many pieces with bone, not much meat. And it costs $32. Such rip off. I asked why so expensive, they said cause duck already $40-$50/kg. But I looked at Coles price, still $26 whole duck. They must buy with bulk price and in Asian market which means much cheaper but they sell the half duck but get all flesh and leave bone pieces for us, even I found out there're some pieces with full spine on it and no meat.

Seriously, who gonna buy meat with most bone with $32?

You gonna improve quality otherwise none visit. Don't blame on inflation, as you are like completely steal money from customers, selling part which impossible to eat.

Very UPSET with what I got. I ordered some Mongolian chicken with fried rice from this place on DoorDash. I couldn’t quite believe it when I saw beef in the bowl instead. I have religious dietary restrictions on beef. It was a huge letdown.

Seafood & Vegan options. Seafood omelette was massive & tasty, salt n pepper calamari chewy, fried crispy chicken looked yum & pho soup was smashed. Not halal - options for seafood & vegetarian.

Food is absolutely amazing first.fathers.day dinner and wouldn't have wanted to have it any other place. Will definitely be back

$22.50 My fresh salad had good crunch and plenty of chicken. But the dressing was shocking in it's sweetness. No balance of flavour at all. Went for lunch very quiet and given my food in a take away container. Had to ask for a plate. Lack of attention to detail. Food left on the floor from other diners. Go elsewhere.

Ordered 4 separate meals today, specifically advised no chili or peanuts on anything as we have allergies which was repeated multiple times so guess they ignored that as 2 of the meals had chili. Not impressed!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to the table to place an order. No one came so we went to the counter and placed the order. 40 minutes later we were told that the kitchen lost our order, we left. Restaurant should focus less on online orders and more on customers in the store if they can’t handle both. Very disappointed and will not be returning!

Generous serves, decent pricing, free thermos green tea…clean and well presented. Good service.

Amazing food, I grew up around St. Albans eating
At many Vietnamese restaurants, I was a bit worried I wouldnt find the same around Melton since I’ve moved here but boy was I wrong. I found one even better! Great food and great service. Especially the Pho!

How disappointing. I've eaten here before but never again. I ordered roast chicken pho and chicken and corn soup. I didn't get the pho but a rice dish that was inedible and the corn soup was chewable. When I called to say I received the wrong dish I was told I could get the money back next time. I wanted to know how that would help me today. He said something about his eyes which I didn't understand. I threw out the inedible lunch and am advising caution. What happened to a good restaurant?
