Phillip Island Ten Pin Bowling and Entertainment

Always fun to play bowling, apart from some issues with the staff.
Unfortunately I was undercharged and then needed to pay more. And my friend was overcharged and then needed to be refunded.
Please ensure correct payment before using the eftpos terminal.

Great family fun. Kids had a great time as did the grandparents. Modern licensed facility and Friendly staff.

Such an awesome clean and friendly centre. Could not recommend this place more highly. All the games were functioning, there's table tennis, the toilets were spotless and just a really good vibe

What a great set up.little play ground for little kids, laser tag which our kids absolutely loved as it was just us, the arcade games are fun.the bowling was good fun, unfortunately the bumpers are only for kids hahaha us adults like to use them normally.and it was super super busy, however the atmosphere was great and service was great. Alcohol available while bowling, hot chips and a few lollies to please everyone.

We arranged to meet family there today it was one of our parties Birthday our attendance was a surprise.
There was a child’s party going on so nowhere for us to sit & wait.
We found tables near the bowling alley section & settled in to wait.
We were promptly told by a staff member to move as these tables are reserved for bowling only.
Later we produced a cake for our relative.
We made the mistakes of lighting a couple if sparklers.
Then we faced another telling off sparklers are only allowed outside but she would turn a blind eye to us bringing our own food in.
Then she returned to warn us that there had better not be any cake crumbs left on the carpet.
This was in contrast to the staff serving plenty of people in this section from their canteen.
Will we return to that venue
Definitely Not.
A very poor experience?

The kids had a great time bowling today and a game of laser tag! My 2 yr old toddler loved the playground too. Staff were lovely and friendly and really helpful. Will definitely be back!

Came here twice during our visit to Phillip Island. Staff were friendly and customer-focused and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. Love the fact they did not judge me on the choices of vodka I had those mornings during the holiday break. Lol. Kids enjoyed laser strike too.

Unlimited bowling, lazer force and table tennis they put up a sign about a function 3 hours before it was meant to start if the sign was up the previous day we would have just played that day instead of waiting for the Unlimited day

Came here on a rainy day. Great activity for a couple of hours. Lots of games too. Staff were friendly.

Came here last weekend. Played bowling and arcade games. We got some prizes once we finished playing the games. Then when we walked out my son was quite upset because my daughter had a prize that he wanted. I then walked back in at 5 not knowing that it was closing time. I asked the boss if I could purchase a toy or go play more games so I could get tickets to buy another toy. He then said we are closed and he gave us one toy for Free. Otherwise my son would of given me hell. Good customer service will be back.

Absolutely awesome time very clean and tidy venue, and the staff were fantastic also.
I will definitely come back when I visit the island again.

This place slays SO HARD! My only issue is that i cant buy donuts after 8pm.and that the iced chocolates are severely overpriced. 5 dollars for a teensy tiny cinema size serving (500ml) of ice chocolate is insane.they are like 3 dollars at a supermarket for a 700ml serving! You may not underrstand how important the extra 200ml of ice chocolate is.but i do.please fix this issue and make bowling balls softer so i dont break my thumb nail on it cheers luv xx

Loved our game of ten pin bowls at Philip island.
Kids had a blast playing on different games machines, bowling, their is air hockey, pool tables, claw machines, and more.
Friendly staff to help out and great lanes for bowling on. Clean shoes and good bowling balls.
Before you visit check if the cafe is open the day you plan to visit. So you can enjoy some hot chips or a coffee as you bowl.
Overall great experience and awesome environment.

Great place to spend time with the family.with plenty to do.bowling, lazer tag, billards, arcades and food.

We came in today at 6.00pm to be advised the unlimited bowling needed a minimum of 4 persons per lane. Only my 2 kids were interested in playing. The person at the counter was ever gracious and accommodating and offered us a single game on a separate lane.
Staff there were amazing and very courteous.

Our ASD son had such a great time here recently. The girls who worked there were so friendly and helpful. We loved that it isn't too big but still lots to do, loved the laser tag also. Will become a fav thing to do whenever we come to town. See you then.

We are 2 small families visiting the island for the weekend. We enjoyed our tenpin bowling game and some Daytona. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Alright facility but could really have a makeover as the place appears to be untouched since the early 2000s. The shoes were old with the old AMF logo with marks on that appear to be around for quite a while, the shoes were only sprayed once by the lady who was cleaning them with no attempt of care being made to the shoes. Prices seem cheap which was nice. But I can’t stress enough how this place needs a makeover, the overall vibe of the place seems like it’s on the brink of closing down any time soon.
