We absolutely loved working with Yasmin from Phenomena Photography for our engagement and wedding photos. Your wedding photographer is one of the only people with you the entire day of your wedding so it was important to us to have someone who was calm, patient and organized as well as someone who would take amazing pictures!

Allen was amazing! He was managed to get all the shots we wanted. He perfectly capture the spirit of our wedding. I'm not a 'wedding' person or a visual person, Allen did a fantastic job of directing us into good shots, and overcoming our natural awkwardness. The turnaround time was very quick as well! All and all, we were absolutely thrilled.

We are so happy that Ray was with us on our special day. Every single moment he captured is beautiful. No need to mention his professionalism as the photos prove it! The best part that we really want to mention is his patience and great personality. That helped us a lot to relax and enjoy the photo shoot，thank you！

Yasmin is one of the most professional wedding photographers we've worked with. She is detailed, timely, scopes the venue before hand to make sure she gets everything absolutely perfect for the couple. She helps the whole group relax and have a great time and turns out the photos quick！

Phenomena team was so amazing to work with from the moment they arrived at the hotel the morning of the big day. I was running behind schedule with hair and makeup but Henry and Johnny were so kind and did not rush us at all or add to any stress. We had some weather issues due to the rain，but we still able to get amazing outdoor photos and video, highly recommend!

Photographer/owner was easy to deal with. However we were disappointed with a few things like they didn't want to do a venue visit prior to the big day, a few shots were missed, and photographer did not focus much on the groom but instead on the groomsmen, missed the bridesmaids & bridal party shots, not many variation of shots (repetitive shots to pick from/limited choices) location of shots could have been better, the editing process was pretty much very bad and we felt that they did not capture our original vision - of soft natural photos. Further to this, poor communication throughout this process.

The videographer was very amateur. The quality is poor, very poor editing & poor communication. We were very disappointed with our videos as we were hoping to look back on it one day but the important parts like the ceremony unedited during the exchange of vows, my husband's performance and speech weren't great quality but blurry or no sound etc.

An example - my husband’s suit colour and groomsmen’s suits were navy and in the video it was purple.had so many exchanges of emails back and forth to rectify of which should’ve been very obvious.

Overall, reasonable pricing and friendly guys but if we had a do over. We would definitely go with our other options without a doubt, so in some ways a regrettable decision to go with them.

Frankie is the most efficient photographer! He made our wedding photography run smoothly. He is very precise, professional and reliable.

We worked with Johnny who was absolutley a blast to work with. He's not only professional but is also a lot of fun. Johnny helped all our shoots flow with natural chemistry and made sure he captured all the moments we will cherish forever on our wedding day.
