Came here after unpleasantness at the pharmacy the next block down - pharmacist here was warm, accommodating, friendly, cheerful and helpful on both occasions I have been back. The reviews speak for themselves.

We have been patients of this chemist for yrs now. All staff in there are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Mark the pharmacist in particular is by far the most outstanding we've ever come across, he's ethical, honest, compassionate and extremely professional with all his knowledge too. We cannot thank him enough for the years of care as our pharmacy for our family over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Melbourne as the whole team there go above and beyond. A big big thank you to Pharmasave Thornbury and Mark. You are a great team with a great environment, never ever change!

Super friendly, respectful & caring staff. I came into the store really distressed after being treated poorly at normanby pharmacy. The assisstant & Pharmacist were so kind, they listened to me, gave me correct product & explained everything i needed to know without judgement.

So friendly, went in for a prescription, ear protection for swimming and relief from muscle aches and paid only $35 all up for everything! Great product knowledge, gave options and reassurance. Worth walking up from the village!
