Friendly staff & service is excellent very helpful is 1 of the best pharmacy's that I've ever been to & hav been to alot its a small place but has everything u would need at a chemist

Knows their stuff, knowledgeable and lovely ladies. Empathised with my situation and fixed me up with what I needed. I spent not even 2 minutes in there but they really instilled hope in me again that there are nice people out there who genuinely want to help, instead of make you feel stupid (the pharmacist at Priceline Cairnlea, never go there). Thank you all for your help today!

A late opening pharmacy that has everything you need after hours or just to pick a coupe of thing up after work and the staff are lovely

I was passing through on a road trip and stopped in to pick up a few things. Good product range. Woman who served me (Lily) was friendly and more than happy to help. I would stop by again.

Just discovered this pharmacy. Amazing service and super professional staff. Lily is so caring and will always give up to date information on medication and new diabetic protocols and devices. Absolutely amazing!

Lilly and her team are lovely. The opening hours are very convenient. One of the only pharmacies that are open on Christmas day even. Thank-you Lilly!

Buyer be beware you have been warned the risk of shoddy service or getting robbed by the 100+ methadone addicts that go there is real Lilly the owner is a typical Judgemental rude and confrontational person

I've been here a few times for my family's needs after moving close by. I've always found their service really professional and honest. We have two newborns so have had to go just before close a few times. Front end staff are great and I've received prompt advice from the pharmacist a few times. Prices are good considering, I don't know what the other reviewers are on about. It's a big place so I imagine they would have large overheads. Worth a few dollars more than a franchise Chemist Warehouse with no customer service or friendly advice. I have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy!

Drive another 5 mins you'll hit 3 proper pharmacies in Brimbank or up ballarat road Chemist Warehouse with helpful friendly staff.

If you want to be ripped off then this is the pharmacy for you! It's disgusting the mark up they put on medication! Will never ever go back to this pharmacy.
