Love this place, In my opinion we are lucky to have a pharmacist of such high quality and understanding. I find the stuff very helpful and knowledgeable about medical issues. I definitely keep giving them business. 10/10 for me for sure.

Apparently I was not enough of a customer to be eligible to get the diabetic medication I needed, even though I had been getting my script filled there 2-3 times already - I was a new customer to never again customer - very poor indeed -
I would regard myself as a potential regular customer IF I was happy with the service etc, I was NOT constantly seeking your help but considering making you my go to pharmacy but it is my prerogative to shop around for what I need. What are pharmacies for but to serve peoples needs.
I said to you I did NOT need it immediately and waiting was fine I did NOT expect it NOW, I did NOT demand anything and do not feel entitled or expect to jump queues, I understand what is going on with the medication hold ups etc, and said that to you.
I was told by your staff months ago to ring or call in to order my next doses 2-3 weeks BEFOR I needed it - AND THAT IS WHAT I DID - I was fully aware that it may take longer than 2-3 weeks to get it. I was simply doing what was said to me by YOUR staff. I WAS/AM angry, from my perspective you were refusing to consider that I was a legitimate customer, I did not get the chance to become a "regular" customer you nipped that in the bud.
My review reflects how I felt, and my bewilderment at feeling that I was not welcome as a customer so voiced how I felt. My experience at your pharmacy was NOT golden so why would I give a golden review.

I needed a medication for my wife ahn when out of his way to me out today I'll definitely will be using this pharmacy again

Started using this chemist when my old one changed hands. Couldn't have stumbled across a more professional and friendly team than this one. Prices are lower but would be happy to pay extra for the service that is afforded everybody that enters the store. Great work all.

That lady's working at pharmasave are great, very helpful and quick to serve you but the Chinese man Un is pathetic, you have a joke with him and he kicks you out of the store, definitely has some underlying issues i think!

I travel from Ballan to this chemist and only ever use another one if it's not open. The staff and An go beyond measures to ensure you get all the help you need. This has been my chemist from when Adam owned it and I can't see me ever changing when I get such wonderful service here

All my experiences with Pharmasave Darley have been fantastic. The staff are helpful and friendly and the pharmacist are very knowledgeable. Every time I have dealt with them they have provided everything I require. Brilliant all around experiences! Highly recommend anyone try them out.

Best pharmacy by far in the marsh! Staff are efficient and prices are good too. I had some questions about my medications and the pharmacist was very helpful.

Staff always friendly, quick service and always very helpful, prices for medication is very competitive also.

Every time I come in Staff are rude and only ever have the generic brand. I would not recommend this Pharmacist to anyone.
