Amazing Pharmacy, great customer service from Susie. She helped me purchase the right product and wrapped it beautifully. Will go there again when I need a pharmacy.

Very bad experience. I got no substitute for my medicine and the staff treated me in very rude way.

Extremely unprofessional pharmacist who duno regard for medical professionals. I need 1 medication for my family member I got e-script for my colleague and I requested her to kindly dispense.she was so rude and unethical in her behaviour. I even asked her I will bring script 2moro or asked my colleague to fax it to her pharmacy but she bluntly refused.she was not at all interested to cooperate and help a medical professional.what you can expect how she will be dealing with a lay man. Extremely disappointed by her behaviour.it's ist time in my 20yrs profession I met such rude and unprofessional pharmacist normally they are very accommodative and it was only an eye drops

Not happy at all purchased lactulose 667 but accidentally we not used and i went back very next day and staff told that we cannot take back as it is medication, its unopened and not a prescribed medication.
Worst experience. They not deserve even 1 star

Frustrated is under statement, was told to wait 15 mins for a prescription medicine, after 15 mins, was again advised to wait for a short while then took 30 mins for them to look at my prescription only to find out that it's out of stock. Full of dumb pharmacists.

I got my ear pierced healed with marika today at Wyndham village pharmacy select, and she was absolutely the loveliest and most sweetest person ever! I suggest all people to go and do their piercings with her! No regrets? Also the lady that was at the cash register was also so sweet and kind. I recommend everyone to visit this place as the staff are so kind and Ofc fantastic customer satisfaction️️

Not happy Jan.purchased laxatives but accidentally took the children's box, tried to exchange it for the adult one and was told by the manager that we cannot as it is medication, even though the box is unopened.
Next time Chemist Warehouse will be my first choice.
(Note: the Staff and Chemists are excellent, just don't but anything else in the store)

Called the chemist at 5.30 to have meds ready for pickup and after 1 hour it wasn't ready. Friday 26 Nov.

That female pharmacist on this arvo, Gosh she needs to be in slaughter house not in pharmacy. If I say she was rude I would offend the word rude, unbelievable.

I have been using this Pharmacy for over 10 years and have no intention of changing. The Pharmacist and staff are a bright and happy bunch who even greet you by name. Nothing is too much trouble, deliveries twice a week, If your not already using g this Pharmacy do your self a favour and pop in.

Friendly and efficient Staff. Have found them quite helpful in answering any questions that I may have.

The customer service, support and staff are always friendly and very helpful in many ways. I actually don’t like going to other pharmacies because I feel like a stranger interrupting staff’s day and I get icy robot service. Such friendly, helpful staff especially Jacinta, always has a smile on her face. They're quick with scripts and try to help with anything they can. Definitely recommend.

This is a great pharmacy. They stock all the usual items and are even quick to order in medication that they don’t have stock of. I’ve always found their staff helpful and friendly

The female pharmacist they had on this afternoon is the rudest person I’ve come across recently. The attitude on her is unbelievable.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to Pharmacist Ienaam. I came in to have a document certified that I was previously knocked back on for a pending application. She was empathetic and understanding when dealing with my document as it required some specifics written on it whereas at the previous pharmacy I had visited, the pharmacist was unhelpful and rude. Will not hesistate to come back here as the customer service was great!
