Pharmacy Select Watervale

Don't even deserve a 1 star rating! My doctor emailed the prescription twice in different times but both days their email is down. What a dodgy pharmacy! And not again to trust this one! And to add icing on top, their pharmacist is RUDE!

THERE IS A REASON WHY ITS RATING IS SO LOW. Absolutely POOR SERVICE and after over a decade of being a customer I am appalled and embarrassed by the INCOMPETENCE and ARROGANCE of one of the sale staff and most of the pharmacists. The only reason I persisted was for the head pharmacist who is lovely but this isn’t even enough to compensate for this years revolving door of new and training pharmacists and two long term rude and abrupt pharmacists. For a health care service it does little to promote this and even has LOST SPECIALISTS SCRIPTS ON FILE! NOT HAPPY AND AM TAKING all of my families business elsewhere which has been the case for several people I know. If you are thinking of becoming a customer please THINK TWICE as this is the first review I have made for many years due to the effort needed but in this case very
necessary OH UPDATE they found my script but not before I was scolded by the short statured sales lady who stated that I hadn’t provided it shame on you! “customer service officer”

While I understand they need to be a bit more expensive then bigger chains like chemist warehouse, the price difference is just to much. Got my first lot of medicine at chemist warehouse for $6 and came to pharmacy select for the refill script at a cost of $17. Won’t be back

Garbage pharmacy, won't even certify a bank statement because they're provided online, when the bank will send you the exact same document because everything is sent from online systems.
Don't waste your time here if you need documents certified.
And they're rude as hell.

The pharmacist's are professional and polite. The consultants care and are complimentary to the assistance of the customer and please understand that the demand is high due to Doctors next door also phone scripts, covid, they are in high demand. I have been going to this pharmacy 9yrs and going on 10. I want to thank each individual at this pharmacy who has assisted me in my health. They go beyond their role to ensure the best outcome for the customer. Thank you for your service.

This is THE WORST chemist. Service is terrible and I was overcharged. After waiting half an hour to be served I left in disgust!

This is the worst chemist. Refunds require manager approval even if what you are wanting a refund for is an asthma pump that is faulty and obviously life threatening. Will never shop here again.

Required a letter from my doctor before I could buy Restavit because I purchased some 3 weeks earlier.

Same medicine different price - this week charged me 100% more than previous week. Ridiculous service and always want to rip customers off

Disgusting service after l found out they were giving me generic medication instead of the original as requested everytime visited. And by visiting a different Chemist United is how l found out. Angry & disgusted!

This is a reminder for myself to never comeback. This place is a total rip off and rude services.

The exact same product is $10 at chemist warehouse and this place charged me $24.

Was queuing up to put my prescription through, 3rd in line, yet a lady behind the counter calls the 2nd customer to go through coz they know each out and bypassed the first bloke who’s clearly in queue. They chatted for ages (knowing that we are all still waiting to be served).

There was at least 5 staff working, yet I waited 20mins to get my medicine, too slow too much chit chatting.

Don't bother, they always have an excuse not to certify documents or stat decs. You also wait ages in line.

Overpriced when they do have medication in stock! Unbelievable that there s no empathy, r customer service.
If I had s choice of not going back ever, I would take it. So unhelpful. Never has enough stock. They need a big shake up!

They deserve 0/5. Rip off prices. Dont pricematch. Charge ridiculous surcharges on PBS even with a healthcare card. Give you no name brand instead of the requested real medication. Then to top it off they are super rude, incompetent and slow. Do yourself a favour and drive 5mins to any other pharmacy!

You need to fix your website details. This has caused me much angst as your weblink goes to the online pharmacy direct site which has a number that is disconnected and no one responds to emails. Needed my sons script urgently and now going on 2 days with out his much needed meds. When calling told to hold as the people in front of her are more important - had to serve them! Cant pick up on a stressed mother desperate for help

If I could leave a 0 I would! Rude and always run out of medication and don't tell you till you've been waiting 30 minutes not to mention I've seen 2 people crying cause they told them they had the medication and didn't absolutely shocking chemist should be closed down.

The very first time ever I will meet a VERY RUDE pharmacist in Australia. She was not helpful in any way. Will definitely not go there ever again.

Couldn't buy one bottle of benadryl cough mixture and lm 52 years old l will be going to chemist warehouse in the future

3 available team members saw me waiting at the counter holding my script and no one came to serve me, finally when I did get served they were very rude! Terrible customer service!

Had a sore throat and they gave me some stuff to help real fast and nice smoke sensor at the register
