Carmen (reception and admin) helped us all GREATLY when we were unfortunate enough to lock ourselves out of our home. A blacksmith would have charged us hundreds of dollars, but thanks to her generosity and patience, we were able to resolve the matter. Thanks Carmen!

Sales assistant was great. Pharmacist was cold and frosty and unwilling to certify documents even though I have been going there since it opened. Will never spend a cent there again.

Rude staff, unprofessional and definitely no consideration. I will never go there again. Not to mention the pricing is through the roof. I wouldn't of given a bad review but ive had about enough of service providers forgeting that they are there to provide quality service. I was unable to pick up my medication due to unforeseen circumstances and they completely lost their minds. I explained to them that I will organise someone else to pick it up for me but the rude staff member threatened to send the medication back.

I guess I have been lucky because I got very helpful and nice staff so far. I wish it wasn't connected to the post office though

Staff weren't really understanding and the old man that works there was really rude, I'm literally shocked by the way he came up and spoke to me.

Rude staff at pharmacy, unprofessional service and impolite staff members.

Closing time of pharmacy: 7pm.

I arrived at 6.55pm and both doors of entrance were shut.
Female pharmacist then had the audicity to speak to me through the glass sliding door, and tell me doors are shut and will not let me enter, mind you there were customers purchasing items in store. She was rude and arrogant, clearly wanted to go home. Then showed me her iphone and said “its 6.59pm, so no you can’t come in”. I said its before 7pm and you have closed your doors, its not closing time yet! She mouthed off quite alot of things after i walked off!

Called today to make a complaint to manager, she passed the phone to an old grumpy store owner or whatever and he said it was an all female staff yesterday and that’s why they had closed earlier! He asked me if i had come in for a prescription and why i needed to come in! What kind of interrogation is that? What are we living in, the medieval times? LOL. I was sure to advise him that I am a female also and i wouldnt be imposing a threat to the community.

I came to the pharmacy to buy some items for my father who isn’t particularly well, and this is how the pharma industry treats the public where they should be empathetic and compassionate!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND CLEARLY ARE THERE FOR THEIR PAYDAY! They clearly do not deserve our hard earned money with their rudeness and arrogance. Not tolerable!

I am so disgusted in the customer service from all the staff at this pharmacy. I had gone in a few weeks ago to fill my prescription, and they had taken my prescription and was told to wait, I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me it was no longer in stock and I could be put on a wait list to ensure I will definitely get it when it comes back in stock. I told them no I will try and find it elsewhere to which the woman rudely replied saying you’re never going to find it. I let it go and after no luck finding it elsewhere I came back today to ask if it was in stock, the lady asked the older man and he comes over and tells me it won’t be in stock for a while and I can be put on a wait list but it will first be given to those who are diabetic and then to those who aren’t, he looked me up and down and said to me “you definitely don’t look diabetic so you won’t be getting it. ” I said I’m not fussed about how long it takes to get my prescription I just want to ensure I will get it at some stage. He just looked at me and laughed in my face and said no chance. Very rude and very disrespectful.

I rang for delivery of a repeat prescription which I have been doing for four years. The man I talk to kept telling me he couldn’t find my file he put me on hold repeatedly. He then came back saying he’s found my file but didn’t have one of the medications that I was ringing for. He then said he found it but the date was sometime ago I found the box of the prescription I and said yes that was right I did ask at one point to speak to somebody else because he did not understand what he was doing and it had been 15 minutes of him putting me on hold coming back and saying you can’t find the file and putting me on hold again he also asked if I’d been to another chemist. The new pharmacist Chad then got on the phone and said he found my prescription it was electronic he then said it and he’s understaffed and can’t deliver today I said any time this weekend is fine. He then said I need to call back again tomorrow then to get the delivery tomorrow I stated as I’ve been on the phone for more than 15 minutes and there’s been a lot of trouble finding my prescription could I not be made to ring back tomorrow. He then told me I was being rude and aggressive to him and his staff he told me that if I’m not happy with the service he will return the scrips and I can go elsewhere. I said I will be calling on Monday to put a complaint through to the new pharmacist who I have never ever had a problem with he said he is the new pharmacist. He said he will drop my prescription off today I said again it does not have to be today I don’t mind as long as it this weekend he said now you’re changing your story we’re trying to help you and you’re being aggressive and rude to which I replied are you serious? As I was not being aggressive or rude but was more shocked over HIS behaviour. I told him he was being unreasonable to which he said I’ve got other customers will drop your medication and scrips off today and You can go elsewhere. So I will be going elsewhere obviously. The new team at this chemist are terrible.

Staff are rude, they won’t price match anymore and their medication is so over priced. I’ve been there loyal customer over 7 years and when the new pharmacist took over they have jacked up their prices on medication. I insisted to take my kids and my prescriptions and go else where. I was paying double the price for cholesterol tablets that I buy 3 per month including 5 other scripts.
I don’t see them lasting much longer after seeing all the other negative reviews! My advice is go to chemist warehouse in Epping. They have better service and the cheapest price.

My partner has long covid which includes a persistent cough - when they went there to get some medicine, the male pharmacist made no attempt to empathise and instead told my partner there is no such thing as “covid cough”… mate.cough is literally the main part of covid.where did this guy get educated? Also just super rude to diminish someone’s suffering.

I definitely understand the negative reviews now. We were waiting patiently at the "scripts in " section and watched the two pharmacists hand out the medications and dealt with the customers. That's fine, we understand that but after all that, (no customers waiting for scripts just us), they both just ignored us. Then finally one came and asked "are you being looked after? ". We replied "no we're not, we've been waiting for a while". I understand IF it's a busy time, if there's lots of customers waiting or phone calls, if it's short staffed, but it was not the case! Also, what is the bloody point of a designated "scripts in" area when you don't even follow it? You can do better. I'm not the only one to feel this way.

You personally came and helped my children to help me into the Doctors surgery. You're always smiling and always manage a "I hope you've been well" even though you are always flat out busy. I went in store and asked the lady at the counter are you the pharmacist. She said no. I said I wanted to ask about a medication and side affects. She said I would need to go to my doctor. Um I think I will go back to chemist warehouse or any other pharmacy as this place doesn’t seem to understand what the role of a pharmacist is. Will not be back.

Very RUDE staff! Lack of customer service skills, immature and condescending! Special shout out to VESNA, the sales lady, and the pharmacist lady for being so utterly rude and disrespectful. This is the second time I have been to this ‘pharmacy’ and both times the staff, especially VESNA, have been disgustingly rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. There are better places, with workers that can actually be bothered to do their job.

I went to this pharmacy in Aurora village. They label a wrong price, so I told them the price wasn’t correct when I was paying at the counter. A female pharmacist with dark ponytail said she couldn’t see the right price, so I took the price tag and showed her. I was so surprised she responded me that she is not that blind! What kind of customer service is this? We can’t travel more than 5KM, so we don’t have choice.they are the only one pharmacy in Aurora. Otherwise I definitely won’t go there. RUDEST pharmacist ever.

Rang the pharmacy on Thursday the 24.09.2020 to check if they did stat declarations and witnessing of signatures because covid is a thing and it takes me 40 minutes to reach the pharmacy. They answered in the affirmative, and i asked when would be a convenient time to come down to get my documents witnessed. I was told quite clearly that the next day after two pm would be fine, and I replied, I will see you tomorrow. I turned up today (25.09.2020) everything prepared, only to be told they weren't doing them. I explained I had called ahead and been told that this partocular day and time would be best. But no, they were adamant that it couldn't be as they haven't been doing them.
If I had turned up and Hdnt rang a head, I'd be less annoyed, but i rang a head because I had thought maybe there would be complications due to restrictions and I didn't want to spend 40 min traveling for nothing. Staff here are clearly not communicating with each other, or they aren't trained properly. Thanks for wasting my time.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful!

I saw a comment regarding certifying of documents. They are doing certifications for $1 per page, however, they are not doing witnessing of documents at the moment from what I understood. When I've been to the pharmacy, there's only one pharmacist on so the fact that they are still accepting certifications is a blessing during a demanding and stressful time!:)
