5Claim to price match, but actually won't price match anything. I spent $518 there yesterday, which would have cost me around $300 at chemist warehouse. The lady was rude and belittling. Will not be returning.
An absolute rip off. I got caught out paying $25 for antibiotics so the next time i had a script i asked for the price first. $25 for cough medicine that is $7.50 at another local pharmacy. Highway robbery.
Very lovely staff and have a nice quick chat to make me feel better, probably the place I will always go to get my prescriptions.
As a regular customer is always nice to come in
Always have a smile on my face when I walk out
Went there to collect repeat script x3, I left them all with them and use one script only.they said they don't have it and they have no record of it, I may have thrown it to the bin or use a different pharmacy were the accusations to me.they were condescending with a whiff of arrogance. I was frustrated and close to welling up.luckily the gp is just around the corner, I can hear the 2 staffs laughing loudly as I was walking away, I cued for 15 mins and had asked to redo the script.the gp had confirmed that he had indeed written up script x3.i also found the empty box of the meds from the same select pharmacy, branch with x3 written on it.very low customer service, I would not treat my patients like that!
